Installation

Step 1: Installing the SIM card
Do not remove the SIM card when it is in use. Doing so will affect the performance of your B315 and data stored on the SIM card may be lost. -
Step 2: Connecting cables
Do not change another unexpected power adapter unless the manufacturer provides it. The B315’s power adapter model is HW-120100XYW. X and Y represent letters or numbers that vary by region. For details about the specific adapter model, contact an authorized dealer.
Setting up a Wi-Fi connection
- From your Wi-Fi enabled client, scan for wireless networks in your area.
- Connect to the network name that matches the SSID found on the device label.
- When prompted for a password, enter the Wi-Fi Key found on the device label. (The Wi-Fi key is case sensitive.) Your client will notify you when it is connected.
For details about how to manually enable or disable the Wi-Fi function of the B315, refer to the WLAN settings section of the help information on the web management page. To prevent unauthorized parties from accessing your Wi-Fi network, it is recommended that you change the SSID and Wi-Fi key from time to time. For details, see the help information on the web management page.
Configuring your B315
- After a client is connected to the B315 through Wi-Fi or LAN port, launch a browser on the client and visit web management page (http://192.168.8.1).
- Enter the user name (admin by default) and password (admin by default) to log in to the web management page.
- Follow the quick setup wizard to check or set network connection parameters step by step. For details, see the help information on the web management page.
To protect your account, change the password after your first login. For details, see the help information on the web management page. If you modify the SSID and Wi-Fi key, you must set up the Wi-Fi connection on the client again.

- Steady cyan: connected to an LTE network.
- Steady blue : connected to a 3G network.
- Steady yellow: connected to a 2G network.
- Steady green: connected to an Ethernet network.
Reset button
When the B315 is powered on, use a sharply pointed object to press and hold
for about 3 seconds until the indicator is blinking to restore the B315 to its
factory settings. After the factory defaults are restored, the B315 will
restart automatically. Restoring the default settings of the B315 will erase
all previous settings.

- Some wireless devices may affect the performance of hearing aids or pacemakers. Consult your service provider for more information.

Accessories and Software Information
Some accessories are optional in certain countries or regions. Optional
accessories can be purchased from a licensed vendor as required. The following
accessories are recommended:
Adapters : HW-120100X6W, HW-120100X01 (X represents the different plug types used, which can be either C, U, J, E, B, A, I, R, Z, or K, depending on your region)
The product software version is 21.321.03.00.00. Software updates will be released by the manufacturer to fix bugs or enhance functions after the product has been released. All software versions released by the manufacturer have been verified and are still compliant with the related rules.
