Product Usage Instructions – AQUA SMARTE Plus Shine

1. Start with AQUA SMARTE Plus Shine.
2. Remove the caps from AQUA SMARTE Plus Shine using pliers or a suitable tool.
3. Turn AQUA SMARTE Plus Shine over so that the open ends face down.
4. Insert AQUA SMARTE Plus Shine into the center of the AQUA SMARTE Plus Mineral Activator, aligning the ends of the pac with the L-shaped key in the system. Do not force.
5. Replace the cap on the AQUA SMARTE Plus Docking Station and set the dial to Setting 10.
6. Turn on the pump and allow 1 hour for the product to slowly dispense into the pool.
7. If after 1 hour, the pac still contains some ingredient, re-insert it, replace the cap, and run the circulation for an additional 30 minutes.
8. Remove the empty AQUA SMARTE Plus Shine and discard it or offer it for recycling if available.
9. Replace the cap on the AQUA SMARTE Plus Docking Station and allow circulation to run for at least 15 minutes before inserting any other AQUA SMARTE Plus products.
10. Repeat steps 1-8 if additional AQUA SMARTE Plus Shine is required.

Product Usage Instructions – AQUA SMARTE Plus CANNONBALL

Note: Use AQUA SMARTE Plus CANNONBALL only after AQUA SMARTE Plus Shine has dispensed and the water pH is between 7.2 and 7.8, and the chlorine level is no more than 4.0 ppm.

1. Turn off the pump and turn the dial to the lowest setting.
2. Remove the cap from the AQUA SMARTE Plus Docking Station.
3. Remove the cap from AQUA SMARTE Plus CANNONBALL without removing the seal.
4. Insert AQUA SMARTE Plus CANNONBALL upside down into the center of AQUA SMARTE Plus Mineral Activator, pushing down firmly on the key to puncture the seal.
5. Replace the cap by hand only. Do not over tighten. Turn the control dial to Setting 10.
6. Turn on the pump for 90 minutes to allow AQUA SMARTE Plus CANNONBALL to circulate through the pool.
7. To remove AQUA SMARTE Plus CANNONBALL, turn off the pump, turn the dial to the lowest setting, and remove the system cap.
8. Lift AQUA SMARTE Plus CANNONBALL up and allow any water in the container to drain through the system before discarding it in the trash or offer it for recycling if available.
9. If the water shows more than a hint of blue inside the AQUA SMARTE Plus Docking Station, replace the cap, turn the dial to Setting 10, and run the pump for one minute.
10. If additional AQUA SMARTE Plus CANNONBALL is required, repeat steps 1-7.

Note : Avoid adding other chemicals until this product has been circulated (filtered) for at least 24 hours.

For Fall Closings: Before lowering the water level and discarding the used AQUA SMARTE Plus Mineral Activator®, follow steps 1 through 2 to winterize the pool.

Start with AQUA SMARTE Plus Shine

1. With the circulation system off, set control dial to the lowest setting and remove the cap to the AQUA SMARTE Plus Docking Station®.
2. Remove caps from AQUA SMARTE Plus Shine with a pliers or other suitable tool.
3. Turn AQUA SMARTE Plus Shine over so open ends face down and insert into the center of the AQUA SMARTE Plus Mineral Activator. The ends of the pac will align with an L-shaped key in the system. DO NOT FORCE.
4. Replace cap on AQUA SMARTE Plus Docking Station and set dial to Setting 10.
5. Turn on pump and allow 1 hour for the product to slowly dispense into the pool. If after 1 hour, the pac still contains some ingredient, re-insert, replace cap and run the circulation for an addi-tional 30 minutes.
6. Remove the empty AQUA SMARTE Plus Shine and discard or offer for recycling if available.
7. Replace cap on AQUA SMARTE Plus Docking Station and allow circulation to run at least 15 minutes before inserting any other AQUA SMARTE Plus products.
8. Repeat steps 1-7 if additional AQUA SMARTE Plus Shine is required.

Lastly use AQUA SMARTE Plus CANNONBALL

After AQUA SMARTE Plus Shine has dispensed, test the water before adding AQUA SMARTE Plus CANNONBALL for a 90-day algae-protection guarantee. When the pH is between 7.2 and 7.8 and the chlorine level is no more than 4.0 ppm, follow steps 1-8 below.

1. Turn off pump and turn dial to the lowest set-ting and remove cap from the AQUA SMARTE Plus Docking Station.
2. Remove cap from AQUA SMARTE Plus CANNONBALL without removing seal.
3. Insert upside down into center of AQUA SMARTE Plus Mineral Activator pushing down firmly on key to puncture seal.
4. Replace cap by hand only. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. Turn control dial to Setting 10.
5. Turn pump on for 90 minutes allowing AQUA SMARTE Plus CANNONBALL to circulate through pool.
6. To remove AQUA SMARTE Plus CANNONBALL, turn pump off, turn dial to lowest setting and remove system cap.
7. Lift AQUA SMARTE Plus CANNONBALL up and allow any water in the container to drain through the system before discarding in trash or offer for recycling if available. NOTE: If water shows more than a hint of blue inside AQUA SMARTE Plus Docking Station, replace the cap, turn dial to Setting 10 and run the pump for one minute.
8. If pool size requires additional AQUA SMARTE Plus CANNONBALL, repeat steps 1-7.
   NOTE : Avoid adding other chemicals until this product has been circulated (filtered) for at least 24 hours.

Ensure a worry-free off season as your pool sleeps away the winter months.
