Reading the LED Indicator

  • One Flash: The Power Pack is approximately at 25% charge.
  • Two Flashes: The Power Pack is approximately at 50% charge.
  • Four Flashes: The Power Pack is approximately at 100% charge.

Note:  The RED LED indicator will flash reflecting the charging level.

Location of Controls

  1. Micro USB charging port – For charging the Power Pack

The Power Pack’s battery capacity is 2200 mAh (milliampere-hour). We recommend that you charge the Power Pack for at least 3 to 4 hours before. A fully charged Power Pack will provide your phone with approximately one full charge.

Charging the Power Pack

  2. Connect the larger end of the micro USB charging cable to an available USB port on your personal computer or AC Adaptor (not included).

Charging your Phone

  1. Connect the USB end of your device’s charging cable to the USB output charging port on the Power Pack.
  2. Connect the other end of your device’s charging cable to your device’s charging port (please refer to your device’s user guide for charging).

Reading the LED Indicator

  • One flash: The Power Pack is approximately at 25% charge.
  • Two flashes: The Power Pack is approximately at 50% charge.
  • Three flashes: The Power Pack is approximately at 75% charge.
  • Four flashes: The Power Pack is approximately at 100% charge.

NOTE: The BLUE LED indicator will flash every two seconds to display the Power Pack’s charging level.

Limited Warranty

90 Days Limited Warranty
In the unlikely event that this product is defective, or does not perform properly, you may within ninety (90) days from your original date of purchase return it to the authorized service centre for repair or exchange.

TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

  • Call the Customer Support number located below, or go to our website portal to receive an SRO number.
  • Provide proof of the date of purchase within the package (dated bill of sale).
  • Write the SRO number on the package before shipping.
  • Prepay all shipping costs to the authorized service centre, and remember to insure your return.
  • Include a return shipping address (no P.O. Boxes), a telephone contact number, and the defective unit within the package.
  • Describe the defect or reason you are returning the product.

Your product will be repaired or replaced, at our option, for the same or similar model of equal value if examination by the service centre determines this product is defective. Products received damaged as a result of shipping will require you to file a claim with the carrier.

Warranty service not provided
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, or unauthorized modification.
