Product Usage Instructions

Mounting

Step 1: Place parts 1 and 2 on the floor in front of you as shown in Figure 1. Screw them together with the screws (C) and the short connectors (I) to be inserted. Please make sure that the outer cross struts (1) are different at the ends than the inner ones (2). In the same way, now connect 2x part 10. These assembled parts will still be needed in a later work step.

Step 2

Attach the corner brackets (III) to the right and left cross struts (#3) and component (#1) using screws (C). Pay attention to the alignment of the corner brackets.

Step 3

Lay the components (4, 8, 6) on the floor and attach the connectors (I) using screws (C). Only now, place the pre-assembled parts (4, 8, 6) upright on the cross struts (3) and transverse bars (1).

Step 4

Secure the parts 5 and 7 to the brackets (III) to assemble parts 3 and the pre-assembled parts 10 from step 1. Use screws C. It is recommended to have a person assist you to prevent part 10 or part 3 from falling during assembly.

Step 5

Build the roof using the remaining square tubes. Start by connecting the connectors (II). Connect the frame at the corners with the inner angle brackets (IV) and screws (A). Insert the polycarbonate panels into the groove until they are fully inserted. Place the aluminium profiles (H) between the individual panels. You can find them in one of the profile parts of the frame.

Step 6

Insert the brackets (III) into the frame profile and connect them with screws (A).

Step 7

Turn the roof upside down so that the flat side is facing up. Lift the roof together and attach it to the corners of the frame using screws (B).

Step 8

Installation is complete. Your firewood rack is now ready for use.

Safety instructions

Keep children, infants and pets away from the assembled firewood rack as they may attempt to pull themselves up or climb on it. The firewood rack is not a toy or climbing frame for children. Cleaning and maintenance must not be done by children. Make sure that children do not play with the packaging, plastic bags and protective films. Children can get caught in these items while playing and suffocate. The firewood rack contains small parts (e.g. screws, nuts and plugs) which pose a choking hazard if swallowed. Keep children, persons of limited ability and lack of experience or knowledge, and pets away from the firewood rack during assembly. Do not exceed the maximum load capacity. Always place the firewood as logs only. Inspect the firewood rack periodically for loose bolts and nuts, deformation, cracked welds, and other signs of damage.
Please make sure that the base is straight. Protect yourself and your children from falling wood. The crossbars should stand securely on your feet and not bend due to the unevenness of the ground. If a straight surface is not available, please check the possibility of an independent wall mounting. Distribute the weight of the firewood sensibly and evenly. This contributes to a safe stand. The steel frame as well as the polycarbonate roof can simply be wiped with a damp cloth without using any cleaning agents. After initial assembly, the surface can be protected and sealed with a wax spray, for example.

Mounting

Find a flat, level surface near where you want to place the firewood rack. To be able to adjust the position of the individual parts during assembly, if necessary, wait until the end of the assembly before finally tightening the individual screws. Make sure that the shelf and its frame parts are assembled at right angles. Sort out the individual components and screws before assembly according to the instructions. Consult a second person for the assembly. During assembly, pay attention to the position of the holes, as indicated in the illustrations.

Illustration Step
1 Place parts 1 and 2 on the floor in front of you as shown in Figure 1.

Screw them together with the screws (C) and the short connectors (I) to be inserted. Please make sure that the outer cross struts

(1) are different at the ends than the inner ones (2). In the same way, now connect 2x part 10. These assembled parts will still be needed in a later work step.

2| Turn the four cross braces over so that the feet point downwards.
3| Use the screws (C) to fasten the corner brackets (III) to the right and left crossbars (3), as well as to component (1), taking care to align the corner brackets.
4| Place the components (4, 8, 6) on the floor and attach the connectors (I) using the screws (C). Only now place the parts (4, 8, 6) you have just pre- assembled upright on / against the crossbars (3) and cross braces (1).
5| Now you can put the extensions (5, 9, 7) on the just assembled parts (4, 8, 6) and fix them to the connector (I) employing the screws (C).
6| Attach the brackets (III) to struts 5 and 7 to mount parts 3 and the pre- assembled parts 10 from step 1. Again, use the screws C. Have a person help you here so that neither part 10 nor part 3 can fall off during assembly.
7| The roof is formed from the remaining square tubes. Start by assembling the two halves of the roof. These halves will later be connected with the connectors (II). The frame is connected at the corners with the inside angle (IV) and screws (A). The polycarbonate sheets are pushed into the groove as far as they will go. The aluminium profiles (H) are placed between the individual plates. These can be found in one of the profiles of the frame parts.
8| Connect the just-assembled halves of the roof by inserting the connectors (III) into the frame profile and connecting them with the screws (A).
9| Turn the roof over so that the flat side is on top. Lift the roof two by two onto the shelf and

connect it to the frame at the corners using the screws (B).
