Safety Instructions

  4. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. Do not allow children and pets to use or play on the equipment.
  5. Make sure it is correctly assembled before start using it.
  6. Place the equipment in a dry area away from humid, saline, or corrosive environments.
  7. Set up and operate the equipment on a solid level surface. Do not position the equipment on loose rugs or uneven surfaces.
  8. Inspect the equipment for worn or loose components prior to each use.
  9. Replace any loose or worn components prior to using the equipment and/or keep the equipment out of service until it has been completely repaired.
  10. Do not wear loose or dangling clothing while using the equipment.
  11. Never exercise in bare feet or socks; always wear correct footwear, such as running, walking, or cross-training shoes.
  12. Be careful to maintain your balance while using, mounting, dismounting, or assembling the equipment loss of balance may result in a fall and serious bodily injury.
  13. Keep both feet firmly and securely on the foot pedals or on the band (in case of treadmills) while exercising.
  14. User needs to put the feet completely inside the pedal (in case of bikes), and to adjust the resistance of magnet control according to user’s physical condition.
  15. Since the machine with double flywheels and it will have huge moment of inertia, when the user stops pedaling, it will take some time to stop completely. Be cautious.

Console Instructions
Plug in the power supply, the computer will power on and display all segments on the LCD for 2 seconds. After 4 minutes without pedaling or pulse input, the console will enter into power saving mode. Press any key to wake the console up.

Workout Selection: Turn the knob UP and Down to select a workout from the following options:

  • Manual
  • Beginner
  • Advance
  • Sporty
  • Cardio
  • Watt

For the “Beginner” and “Advance” workouts, there are multiple levels to choose from:

  • Beginner 1
  • Beginner 2
  • Beginner 3
  • Beginner 4
  • Advance 1

  15. Since the machine with double flywheels and it will have huge moment of inertia, when the user stop before high speed, the user should minimize the resistance and lower the speed, to avoid hurt the user’s leg by the moment of inertia of left and right pedal.
  16. The equipment should not be used by persons weighing over 120 kg.
  17. The equipment should be used by only one person at a time.
  18. The equipment is for home usage.
  19. Make sure that adequate space is available for access to and passage around the equipment; keep at least a distance of 1 meter from any obstruction object while using the machine.
  20. Do the maintenance of the equipment indicated in this manual.

ATTENTION: Before starting any exercise or conditioning program you should consult with your personal physician to see if you require a complete physical exam. If, at any time during exercise, you feel faint, dizzy, or experience pain, stop and consult your physician. Follow your physician’s recommendations in developing your own personal fitness program. CONSOLE INSTRUCTIONS

Plug in power supply, computer will power on and display all segments on LCD for 2 seconds. After 4 minutes without pedaling or pulse input, console will enter into power saving mode.

Manual Mode

  1. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to select workout program, choose Manual and press ENTER to enter.
  2. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to preset TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, PULSE and press ENTER to confirm.
  3. Press START/STOP keys to start workout. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to adjust load level.
  4. Press START/STOP keys to pause workout. Press RESET to return to main menu.

Beginner Mode

  1. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to select workout program, choose Beginner mode and press ENTER to enter.
  2. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to select BEGINNER 1-4, and press ENTOER to confirm.
  3. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to preset TIME.
  4. Press START/STOP key to start workout. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to adjust load level.
  5. Press START/STOP key to pause workout. Press RESET to return to main menu.

Advance Mode

  1. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to select workout program, choose Advance mode and press ENTER to enter.
  2. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to select ADVANCE 1-4, and press ENTOER to confirm.
  3. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to preset TIME.
  4. Press START/STOP key to start workout. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to adjust load level.
  5. Press START/STOP key to pause workout. Press RESET to return to main menu.

Sporty Mode

  1. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to select workout program, choose Sporty mode and press ENTER to enter.
  2. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to select SPORTY 1-4, and press ENTOER to confirm.
  3. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to preset TIME.
  4. Press START/STOP key to start workout. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to adjust load level.
  5. Press START/STOP key to pause workout. Press RESET to return to main menu.

Cardio Mode

BICICLETA-B-20-Magnetic-Bicycle- \(14\)

  1. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to select workout program, choose CARDIO and press ENTER to enter.
  2. Setting age, and press ENTER to enter.
  3. Turn the knob UP or Down to select 55%.75%.90% or TAG (TARGET H.R.) (default: 100).
  4. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to preset workout TIME.
  5. Press START/STOP key to start workout. No pulse input 6 seconds, the screen display “PULSE INPUT” to reminder the user hold the grips.
  6. Press START/STOP key to start or stop workout. Press RESET to return to main menu.

Watt Mode BICICLETA-B-20-Magnetic-Bicycle- \(15\)

  1. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to select workout program, choose WATT and press ENTER to enter.
  2. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to preset WATT target. (default: 120)
  3. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to preset TIME.
  4. Press START/STOP key to start workout. Turn the knob UP or DOWN to adjust Watt level.
  5. Press START/STOP key to pause workout. Press RESET to return to main menu.

RECOVERY

  1. After exercising for a period of time, keep holding on hand grips and press “RECOVERY” button. All function display will stop except “TIME” starts counting down from 00:60 to 00:00.
  2. Screen will display your heart rate recovery status with the F1, F2….to F6. F1 is the best, F6 is the worst. User may keep exercising to improve the heart rate recovery status. (Press the RECOVERY button again to return the main display.)

BODY FAT

  1. In STOP mode, press the BODY FAT button to start body fat measurement.
  2. Setting user AGE, HEIGHT, WEIGHT. Press ENTER to confirm.
  3. During measuring, users have to hold both hands on the handgrip. And the LCD will display “–” “–“for 8 seconds until computer finish measuring.
  4. LCD will display BODY FAT advice symbol, BODY FAT percentage, BMI for 30 seconds.
  5. Press BODY FAT button one more time return to main menu.
    • “E-1”- Occurs when there is no heart rate signal input detected or user not hold hand grips correctly.
    • “E-4” – Occurs when FAT% exceed setting range (5.0%~ 50%).

  1. This computer require 9V, 1300mA adaptor.
  2. When user stop pedaling for 4 minutes, computer will enter into power saving mode, all setting and exercise data will stored until user start exercise again.
  3. When computer act abnormally, please plug out the adaptor and plug in again.

Bluetooth APP to connect to KINOMAP/ZWIFT

How to connect with Kinomap APP

  1. Turn on your smartphone/Tablet’s bluetooth® (also GPS in case of owning an Android device) and open KINOMAP APP. BICICLETA-B-20-Magnetic-Bicycle- \(19\)
  2. Press “EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT” and then press “+” at the top right screen’s side in order to add your purchased item. BICICLETA-B-20-Magnetic-Bicycle- \(20\)

How to connect with Zwift APP

MAINTENANCE

The maintenance of the equipment is easy:

  • Dry and clean those areas exposed to perspiration. It is recommended to use towels in order to avoid the sweat falling to the equipment.
  • Dust and dirt may be the cause of functioning problems in the gears and the internal bearings. It is recommended keeping the equipment casing and its different elements clean.
