User Instructions

  1. Firmly insert the brush head onto the brush head shaft. Tilting or forcefully installing/removing the brush head might lead to damage to the brush head or the device.
    The brush head shaft may move when subjected to external force. This is a normal occurrence during operation and not a malfunction. There might be a slight gap between the toothbrush head and the device, which is a normal phenomenon.
    It’s recommended to replace the brush head after three months of use.

  2. Place the toothbrush in your mouth.
    Before turning on, if necessary, apply a small amount of toothpaste only onto the brush head to prevent toothpaste splatter.

  3. Press the power switch to select a mode.
    Each press of the power switch switches the mode.
    Clean Mode – Whitening Mode – Polishing Mode – Gum Care Mode – Sensitive Mode – Power Off Pressing the brush head too forcefully onto the teeth might increase the sound, but it’s not a malfunction. Gently place the brush head against the teeth.

  4. After brushing, please turn off the device.
    When removing the brush head from the mouth, ensure the power is turned off to prevent toothpaste foam splatter.

Mode Explanation

  1. Clean Mode
    Utilizes powerful water flow to effectively remove dental plaque and stubborn tartar.

  2. White Mode
    Utilizes a high-frequency vibration to effectively improve the appearance of coffee stains, tea stains, and tobacco stains, restoring teeth to a bright, white color.

  3. Polish Mode
    Pulsating polishing action provides a shinier appearance to the teeth.

  4. Gum Care Mode
    Gently stimulates and massages the gums, providing relief for gum inflammation, reducing gum bleeding, and promoting gum health without causing harm.

  5. Sensitive Mode
    Designed for individuals with sensitive teeth and gums. Recommended for beginners.

Mode Memory Function: After operating in a specific mode for more than 5 seconds, when restarted, the device will resume at the mode it was last set to.

Timing Function: Reminds you to switch to a different quadrant of your mouth every 30 seconds, with a brief pause in the middle, and a total 2-minute timing reminder.

Charging Guidelines

  1. Connect the charging dock to the USB cable and plug it into a SV–1A USB adapter.
  2. If the toothbrush has just been purchased, has not been used for an extended period of 3 months, or has stopped functioning during its usage period, please charge the device.
  3. The appropriate ambient temperature for charging is between 5°C to 35°C. Charging under excessively high or low temperatures might prevent the battery from charging properly or at all.
  4. To maintain sufficient battery power, you can keep the device connected to the charger when not in use. This will not cause overcharging of the device.
  5. During use and charging, the device might become warm. This is considered normal.

Charging Time: Approximately 9 hours for a full charge.
Charging Status: The battery indicator light will flash during charging.
Charging Complete: The battery indicator light will stay continuously lit.
Low Voltage Alert: The battery indicator light will flash when the battery is low.

Brush Head Disinfection and Drying Instructions

  1. Place the electric toothbrush head-down into the disinfection and drying chamber. The disinfection and drying indicator lights will both turn on.
  2. An intelligent 10-minute timer will activate the UVC ultraviolet light for disinfection. The disinfection indicator light will go off once the disinfection process is complete.
  3. An intelligent 3-hour timer will initiate the drying process. The drying indicator light will turn off once the drying is finished.
  4. After the drying process is completed, the UVC ultraviolet light will restart for an additional 10-minute disinfection cycle, ensuring thorough disinfection.

Cleaning the Charging Dock

  1. Cleaning and user maintenance operations should not be carried out by children.
  2. Before cleaning, unplug the power plug and remove the toothbrush.
  3. Open the bottom cover of the disinfection and drying chamber. Use a damp cloth to wipe the interior of the chamber and the outer surface of the device. Close the bottom cover and place the toothbrush back on the charging dock or inside the disinfection and drying chamber. Plug in the power.
  4. Do not rinse the device with running water.
    The device is not waterproof.

    • Rinse the bristles and brush handle under running water.
    • Shake off excess water after cleaning.

    • Avoid using water hotter than 80°C for cleaning.
  2. Clean the handle and the area around the button properly under flowing water. Excessive build up around the button may affect brushing effectiveness.

    • Gently remove any toothpaste residue.
    • Avoid rubbing or damaging the sealed waterproof silicone.
    • Do not submerge the handle in water.

    • Dry the handle with a cloth after cleaning.

This product contains a built-in rechargeable battery. Do not throw it into fire, heat, or expose it to high temperatures during charging, use, or storage. Otherwise, it could lead to overheating, fire, or explosion.

Before discarding the electric toothbrush, it’s essential to remove the rechargeable battery. You can either take the toothbrush to an official designated recycling center for proper disposal, or you can send the used electric toothbrush to the company’s designated repair department. The repair department will disassemble and handle the rechargeable battery appropriately.

Then tap the bottom of the handle to pry open the outer casing, remove the internal components, and take out the battery. Please note that battery disassembly should be performed with caution and preferably by professionals to ensure safety and proper disposal.
