Product Usage Instructions

A. Bluetooth mode

  • Power On: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The indicator light will flash red and blue, and you will hear a voice prompt saying “power on”.
  • Pairing/Connecting: Make sure your Bluetooth headset is turned on and in discovery mode. It should appear on your phone’s Bluetooth settings. Select it to connect. The indicator light will flash blue, and you will hear a voice prompt saying “connected”.
  • Charging: While charging, the indicator light will be red. It will turn off once the headphones are fully charged.
  • Play/Pause Music: Press the play/pause button once.
  • Play the Next Track: Press and hold the next track button for 2 seconds.
  • Play the Previous Track: Press and hold the previous track button for 2 seconds.
  • Pick up/Hang up a Call: Press the call button once.
  • Redial Last Number: Press the call button twice.
  • Reject a Call: Press and hold the call button for a while.
  • Unpairing: Press the call button three times in a row.
  • Microphone Mute On/Off: Press the call button once.
  • ANC Function: Press and hold the ANC button for 2 seconds.
  • B. Wired mode with USB cable
  • Connect the USB headset to your computer using an additional  data cable. This allows you to use the headset as a normal USB headset, and the button operations are the same as in Bluetooth mode.

FAQ

  • Unable to search Bluetooth headset in my phone.
    • Solution: Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and the indicator light is flashing red and blue. If Bluetooth is turned on and the headset still cannot be searched, try restarting both the Bluetooth headset and your mobile phone.
  • After connecting the Bluetooth headset with my mobile phone, there is always disconnection or noise.
    • Solution: The Bluetooth headset may have low power, so please charge it soon. Also, ensure there are no obstacles between the Bluetooth earphone and your mobile phone, as it may exceed the signal distance.

  • Pairing/Connecting: Check your Bluetooth headset and make sure it’s turned on and in discovery mode. Wait for it to show up on your phone and select it. The indicator light flashes blue and the voice prompt says “Connected”.

  • Charging: The indicator light will be red while charging and turn off when the headphones are fully charged.

  • Play/pause music: Press the button once.

  • Play the next track: Press and hold the button for 2 seconds.

  • Play the previous track: Press and hold the button for 2 seconds.

  • Pick up/Hang up a call: Press the button once.

  • Redial last number: Press the button twice.

  • Reject a call: Press and hold the button for a while.

  • Unpairing: Press the button three times in a row.

  • Microphone mute on/off: Press the button once.

Common problems and solutions

  1. Unable to search bluetooth headset in your phone. Solutions:
  2. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and the indicator light flashes red and blue
  3. If Bluetooth is turned on and still cannot be searched, please to restart the Bluetooth headset and mobile phone.
  4. After connecting the Bluetooth headset with your mobile phone, there is always disconnection or noise. Solutions:
  5. The Bluetooth headset is power low, please to charge it soon
  6. There is a block between the Bluetooth earphone and your mobile phone or it is beyond the signal distance.

B.Wired mode with USB cable

Connect the USB headset to the computer using an additional data cable, that is, press the normal USB headset to use, and the button operation mode is the same as the Bluetooth mode
