Product Usage Instructions

Safety Information

Warning! It is important to follow these safety  guidelines to ensure the safe operation of the product:

  • Inspect the product and its parts before each use. Any damage may affect the safe operation of the product. If any damage is found, have it repaired by a qualified technician before further use.
  • Do not use the product if the cord or plug is damaged. It must be replaced by a suitably qualified technician.

Assembly

  1. Wrap the provided tape around the threading of the outlet located on the front of the main body.
  2. Screw the drainage valve onto the outlet.

Operation

  1. Place the food warmer on a firm and level surface that can hold its weight when filled. Make sure it is within easy reach of a compatible and grounded power outlet.
  2. Check that the drainage valve is closed.
  3. Fill the main tank with clean water. The water level should reach at least 0.8 inch or 1 cm above the heating element, but not be high enough to touch the undersides of the pans.
  4. Plug the cord into the power outlet.
  5. Switch on the food warmer.
  6. Select your desired temperature. The heating indicator light should come on when the preset temperature has been reached.
  7. Place all pans filled with food into the food warmer. If using US standard pans, add adapter bars or an equivalent heat-resistant covering to seal any gap caused by their slightly smaller size.
  8. During extended use, especially with US pans, check periodically to ensure that the water never runs out.
  9. After use, turn off the food warmer and allow the water and all surfaces to cool.
  10. Place a bucket beneath the drainage valve and open the valve to allow the cooled water to drain into the bucket.
