Safeguards & Tips

Please read and follow the safety instruction carefully before using this product, your safety is most important.

  1. Do not allow the appliance to be used as a toy and it also should not be operated by children.
  2. Do not operate the appliance if the machine or the power cord is any way damaged, please fretum it to our after-sales department for proper service, replacement or repair.
  3. Do not use the appliance on a wet or hot surface, or near a heat source. It is for household use only.
  4. Always use the appliance on a level surface.
  5. Do not immerse any part of the appliance, power cord or plug into water or other liquid.
  6. Do not damage, bruise, excessive bending, stretch, twist, bind, or heavily press on the power cord, otherwise it may cause electric shock, short circuit, fire and other accidents.
  7. Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug the cord into outlet.
  8. To reduce the risk of burns, do not touch the the heating sealing strip while using the appliance.
  9. Keep the upper lid of the appliance unlocked when not in use.
  10. Please pull out the plug when the machine is not in use for long time.
  11. Vacuum packaging is not a substitute for the heat process of canning. Perishables still need to be refrigerated or frozen.
  12. Please stop for at least 30 seconds when using the machine continu- ously for 5 times, so to allow the machine to rest before restarting work.
  13. Some foods (such as fruits and vegetables) will automatically release gas from the inside, so after vacuum sealing for a period of time, there will be bloating, which is not due to poor sealing.
  14. The stainless steel surface of the product has a blue protective film that you can decide whether to remove or not.
  15. Roove the two foam protectors(if have) on the upper lid locks before using.
  16. Please use vacuum sealing bags to match the machine.

  1. Dry button:
    Press it to complete vacuuming and sealing dry food automatically.

    Insert one end of the accessory hose into this port, put the other end onto the canister port, and then touch the Canister button to make the canister vacuum fresh.

Operation Instruction

A. How to Make Custom Sized Bags

This vacuum sealer is equipped with a roll bag storage chamber compatible with a roll of 5 meters and a built-in cutter.

  1. Open the lid and put a roll bag into the bag chamber, pull out enough bags you need and place them under the cutter holder, press and hold the cutter with your fingers and slide it from left to right to complete the cutting. ensuring that it is cut in a straight line.
  2. Place one end of the cut bag onto the Heating sealing strip. (The rough side of the bag faces downwards)
  3. Close the lid by pressing down both sides until you hear two “click” sounds. (Remove the foam protector on the lid lacks before use. Otherwise, the lid will be difficult to close
  4. Press “SEAL” button to seal the bag. After the sealing is completed, press the release button on the side to obtain a customized bag.

B. How to Vacuum Seal with the Vacuum Bags

  1. Place the food to be sealed into the vacuum bag. Leave at least 2 inches between the contents and the top of the bag to allow for bag contraction.
  2. Open the lid and place the open end of the bag into the vacuum chamber. (The rough side of the bag faces downwards)
  3. Close the lid by pressing down both sides until you hear two “click” sounds. (Remove the foam protectors on the lid locks before use(if have). Otherwise, the lid will be difficult to close)
  4. Choose dry or moist mode, the unit will complete vacuuming and sealing automatically. (Select mode based on the dry and wet state of the food)
  5. Press the release buttons on both sides to obtain the well sealed and vacuumed bag.

Tips: When using, place the end of bag that needs to be sealed into the two bag buckles on sink to secure the bag and prevent liquid leakage outside the sink.

C. How to Use the PULSE Vacuum Function

Use the “PULSE” button to control the vacuum time and pressure, helps prevent delicate items from being crushed or the liquid of juicy food from being extracted.

  1. Open the lid and place the open end of the bag down into the vacuum chamber, then close the lid.
  2. Press the “PULSE” button continually until it reaches the pressure that you want. You can stop or restart the vacuum pumping at any time during this process
  3. When the vacuum is completed, press the “Seal” button to start sealing.
  4. Open the lid and release the sealed bag.

D. How to Vacuum Canisters

Note: The canisters are not included.

  1. Close the lid, connect the external suction port and the canister via the vacuum hose. You must connect one of the ends to the canister valve and the other end to the external suction port on the left side of the machine.
  2. Press the “CANISTER” button to start the vacuum process.
  3. Once the vacuum process is completed, the machine will stop automatically and then please remove the vacuum hose.

Care and Cleaning

  1. Do not immerse in water.
  2. The top lid of the machine must be kept loosely covered, the left and right locks do not need to be fastened when not in use.
  3. Always unplug the unit before cleaning. Wipe gently with a damp flannel or damp paper towel, after the cleaning is completed, let the machine dry.
  4. After cleaning, cool and dry the sealing sponge, do not press hard to make it deformed. It must be placed in an open place or installed in the machine.
  5. The sink may trap liquids that were drawn from the bag. it can be removed from the sealer, use mild dishwashing soap and a wam, damp cloth to wipe away any left behind liquid. Rinse with water again and dry.

Troubleshooting Guide

Abnormal Situation Solution
Product not working
  1. Confirm whether there is a power failure and whether the power plug is properly inserted.
  2. Check whether the power cord, plug and the machine body are damaged, if so, please don’t use it.
  3. Whether to use continuously for a long time (please take a short break of 30 seconds after each vacuum sealing)

Cannot be well sealed|

  1. If the entrance part of the plastic bag on the heating strip is folded or uneven, the seal will be incomplete.
  2. When sealing, if you do not press the upper lid with your palm or only press a part, the seal will be incomplete. Please press firmly with both hands.
  3. After pressing the sealing button, check if the red light is on.
  4. Please confirm whether the heating strip has been damaged.

Insufficient pumping (cannot pump to be vacuum)|

  1. Please confirm whether the inlet of the vacuum bag has been put into the vacuum chamber (in the middle of the lower sealing belt)
  2. Please confirm whether a dedicated vacuum packaging bag is used.
  3. Please confirm whether there are sharp edges or corners in the contents or the vacuum bag is damaged.
  4. Whether the vacuum sponge gasket is loose.
  5. Please confirm whether the inserted items have passed the amount (the inserted items cannot exceed 3/4 of the total volume)
  6. Please confirm whether the exhaust hole has been blocked
  7. Please confirm whether the upper lid and the hook have been closed
  8. Please confirm whether the vacuum release valvehas been opened

Air leak after vacuum packaging|

  1. Items with multiple edges and comers and items with a small amount of oil stains and moisture are expected to be sealed again by vacuum packaging (that is, twice the vacuum sealing operations)
  2. Please use deducted plastic bags for vacuum packaging
  3. Items that produce water vapor on their own will release the vacuum
