User Guide
Thank you for purchasing on this smart digital clock WiFi camera, you can read
the user manual carefully when operating this camera.
Enjoy your time.
NOTE
- The clock camera time will sync with our mobile phone directly when WiFi connected via tuya smart App, cannot adjust time manually.
- This clock camera can be worked without micro SD card, but if you want to check playback video, you need to insert a Micro SD card inside or open cloud storage service, and please always use an authentic class 10 high speed micro SD card from 8-256gb and make sure your card is formatted correctly (FAT32) before using the camera.
- Do not use this clock camera near an open flame or extreme heat sources.
- Keep this camera away from damp environments and rain, do not pour water on its surface.
- Strictly abide by relevant state laws, not to use this camera for any illegal uses or purposes.
BEFORE USE
- There is a protective film on its front panel, we recommend that you keep it on if you think it will not impact of the camera video quality, to protect front panel from dust, otherwise peel off the protective film.
- Power ON/OFF button is on the back side of this clock camera, remove the cover, switch “ON/OFF” button to ON, red and blue indicator light will on.
Camera Setting
INSTALL MICRO SD CARD
( Note: this is not required if you only need remote view)
Format your MicroSD card as FAT32 from computer, insert the card to camera
card slot.
(this side is up)
MicroSD card on this camera is used for playback and motion detection video
checking.
SETUP WI-FI CONNECTION
Step 1: Download & Install “Tuya Smart” app.
Option 1: Scan the below QR code to download, select your country to
download based on your mobile phone.

Option 2: Go to Apple store or Google play, and search for “Tuya Smart”
App.
Step 2: Creating an Account/Login.
New users can register with an email address, or Apple account for I0S mobile
phone directly. or choose “try now” to enter into this App
interface directly (some app features may not be available without login).
Note:
Only after your mobile phone is connected to Router Wi-Fi, can it be connected
to this clock camera.
Step 3: Connect the camera to the WI-FI

Open the back cover, slide camera “ON/OFF” button from its back panel, connect power, red light will solid on, wait for 25-30s, until red light off and blue light flash, camera is ready for WiFi connection.

Make sure your mobile phone already connected your router WiFi firstly, and check from mobile phone WiFi list to make sure you see a network “SmartLife-XXXX”, if not, reset the camera (Use reset pin to press “R” button for nearly 15s to reset this clock camera firstly, red and blue light will on, until red light off, blue light flashing.

Press “Add Device” or the icon on the right top “+” to connect the device from tuya smart App interface.
Note: When you open the tuya smart App, it will ask for access for your mobile phone Bluetooth or location. It’s needed to find your Wi-Fi network. You can turn off access to your location after the setup.

Click “Camera & Lock”->“Smart Camera (Wi-Fi)” .
Press the right top “QR Code” icon to choose “Wi-Fi Mode”. -
Click ””Next step” to choose “AP Mode”.

Enter Wi-Fi password. Then click “Next”->“Go to Connect”

Open Wi-Fi setting to find camera Wi-Fi start from “SmartLife-xxxx”,once connected, back to “Tuya Smart” App, it will show “Connecting Device…”

After connected successfully, you can rename this clock camera and click “Done” to finish camera connection.

Camera will enter the real-time preview interface automatically.
Note: When your mobile phone connects camera successfully, you can review
the real-time video at anytime and anywhere.
(Open your mobilephone network while you are at outside if there is no Wi-Fi
connection on your mobile phone).
If cannot find the camera Wi-Fi or camera disconnect when using, please RESET
camera to check again.
MORE SETTING
At camera real-time preview interface page, click the right top icon ( ) to
enter setting page.You can choose “Basic
Function Setting”, “Detection Alarm Settings”, “Storage Settings”, “Recording
settings”, “cloud Storage”, “Message Notification” and “Device Update”. Also,
you can share the connected camera to your trusted family member or friend.
Basic Function Settings
You can choose to turn on/off camera indicator light or remove video time
watermark.
IR NIGHT VISION
Currently, this generation clock camera doesn’t have this function.
MOTION DETECTION SETTING
You can choose the alarm sensitivity level and do schedule time
recording.When the camera detects human
movement, it will send notification message to your mobile phone. Note:
from App right bottom corner “Me” icon, you can click “Message Center” to see
motion detection message as well.
Playback Video
When you inserted MicroSD Card inside camera or opened cloud storage service,
click “Playback” icon from real-time preview interface, it will show recording
video, you can choose date and switch Time bar to get the video you
want.
STORAGE SETTING
You can review the MicroSD card remaining capacity, and format card directly.
CLOUD STORAGE SERVICE
Purchase additional cloud storage service based on your
requirement.

Working in humidity — Use the camera in human appropriate humidity. Do
not put the camera in a humid working environment or expose it to rain. This
product is NOT waterproof.
Shooting requirement — Please use the device in an environment with
sufficient light source. Do not direct the camera at the sun or at a strong
light source, as this can damage the optical lens. Do not use the device in a
dusty environment.
Operating temperature —Please use this device at natural temperatures
only! Do not place the camera next to a heating source and do not dispose of
the camera in a fire.
Disposal — Electrical products should not be discarded with household
waste products but must be collected separately and disposed of at collection
points provided for this purpose.
