DEAD LOCK FUNCTION

Attention

There is one privacy button on the back panel.
You can pull downward this button for“Anti-Lock”, then the lock is dead locked inside, the temporary password user can’t access thedoor, other user fingerprint, password or card will be accessible. And you can pullupward the button one more time to “anti-lock off” to cancel this function.

PREPARING TO INSTALL

5.1 Line Drawing
Draw a horizontal center line inside and outside the door at 3.3 ft from the ground.
Fold the hole template,make the handle center line align at the door horizontal center line, then draw out the hole lines at front and side.

Line 5.2 Adjust Direction
5.2.1.Adjust from Right to Left Direction(For Sample)
1.1 Lift upward the handle to 45 degree.
1.2 Use the allen key to take off the screw in the photo.
1.3 Turn the handle to 270 degree clockwise.
1.4 Tighten the screw in another side.

**** Make sure the arrow point to the right position according to the different mortise and direction. Sample: Single latch right open.

5.2.2.Adjust from Right to Left Direction(Back Panel)
2.1 Use the allen key to take off the screw in the photo.
2.2 Turn the handle 180 degree clockwise.
2.3 Tighten the screw in another side.

INSTALL THE LOCK

6.1 Assemble the Mortise
Assemble the mortise(c) into the slot which is drilled according to the template (60/70 adjustable mortise).

6.2 Assemble the Front Panel
6.2.1 Press hard the spindle (h) into the handle hole.
6.2.2 Fix the front panel(a) on the door and cross the cable through the hole.

6.3 Fix the Gasket
Fix the back gasket with the two screws(M4x30).

6.4 Fix the Lock Panel
Connect the cable with the board on the rear panel, tight the back panel with front panel wit the two screws (M4x30 &M4x20).

6.5 Assemble the Battery Box
Put 4pcs AA alkaline batteries and fasten the battery box cover.

6.6 Adjust the Lock Panel
After finishing installation, please adjust the position of the lock panel or the screws whether it is too tight.Test with password: 123456 and turn the manual key and then press the handle to open.

7.1 Please register one account with your E-mail or mobile number.

7.2 Intelligent Configuration
Please run the CRESTIN APP and choose the Bluetooth lock under the “Security&Sensors”.

7.3 Function Description
Under CRESTIN APP interface, you can see the features for the smart locks, such as Memeber management/unlock records/smart linkage and settings etc. You can long press the green circle button to unlock the door, wait the orange circle for open state.

7.4 Add User Fingerprint
Under CRESTIN APP setting, you can click the fingerprint management and add the fingerprint.

7.5 Add User Password
Under CRESTIN APP setting, you can click the password management and add the password.

7.6 Add User Card
Under CRESTIN APP setting, you can click the card Management and add the card.

7.7 Issue Dynamic or Temporary Password
Under CRESTIN APP interface, you can click the “Obtain Dynamic Password” to generate one dynamic password, which you shall use it on the lock within 5 minutes.
Also you can issue temporary password under the Settings-Temporary Password as below:

7.8 Smart Linkage and Settings
Under the settings, you can click the smart linkage for more scene and more optional for the features upon the using condition.

7.9 How to set smart lock always open mode?
After adding the device, set the automatic lock switch to off , and press fingerprint or enter password to unlock one time to enable.The lock keep on alwasy open state, you can press any fingerprint or touch keypad to disable this feature.

8.1 Introduction
This user manual will guide you through the functions and usages of our CRADLB101 smart lock.
It is important that you follow the instructions and regard all notes that appear throughout this manual. Consult this manual before you attempt to use this lock. 8.2 Safety Warnings:

When reading this manual, note these icons: notes with the icon must be read, understood and obeyed to prevent injury or damage to the lock.
General Usage

This lock shall only be used as described in this manual.
Verify that all parts of the lock are accounted for. If any parts are missing, please contact our service person.
There is protective film on the front touch panel, if there are some scratches on the film, please remove the film if you need.
Please use 4pcs AA batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries or other Zn/Mn batteries. Never insert objects into the lock other than batteries as described in this manual.
Verify all surfaces are flat and level before beginning installation, installation on doors or surface with any types of deformity such as gaps or warping may cause the lock to malfunction or fail to operate entirely.
Never apply any cleaner directly to any part of this lock. Only use clean water or mild cleaner on a soft non-abrasive cloth when cleaning.
The lock must be used with CRESTIN APP. The lock will function without the APP but full functionality may only be achieved when the APP is on use.

8.3 SALES AND SERVICE TERMS

Limited 1-year Electronic Warranty Limited Lifetime Mechanical and Finish Warranty.
This CRADLB101 product comes with a 1-year Limited Warranty on Electronic Parts and a Limited lifetime. Mechanical and Finish Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use to the original residential user. Proof of purchase and ownership is required for the warranty to be in effect.

8.4 How to control the network ?
You need to buy a bluetooth gateway in our Amazon store, or you have other bluetooth gateways that support Smart Life; then add the door lock through the bluetooth gateway and you can control the door lock any where.
