CARE INSTRUCTIONS -PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.

SPOT CLEAN
For lighter stains or spills, sponge clean the area with cold water and mild detergent (never rub!) For hard to remove stains we recommend that the rug be professionally cleaned.
MACHINE WASH
To machine wash your rug, you will want to use cold water and a mild detergent. If you need to balance the load, add a couple of bath towels. You can also add more than one rug as well. Set your machine on a delicate cycle, for a large load.
VACUUM CLEAN
Vacuuming is the best way to keep dirt from embedding in your rug. If possible, use a vacuum with rotating brushes that will loosen dirt on the surface. Look for a vacuum with strong suction to penetrate right through the pile removing all particles. Vacuum full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.
NOTICE;
“DRYING
After you are done washing your rug, you’ll want to hang it on a clothesline to air dry. You should never dry your rug in the dryer, as this can cause shrinkage and deteriorate the backing. Do not exposure your rugs in direct suntight for long. The most intense sun of the day will also cause color fading with time.
“ODORS
If you notice any odors, just sprinkle your rug with some baking soda.

HOW TO REMOVE CREASES FROM RUGS?

Method 1
Flatten the rug by applying weight.
Method 2
Iron the back of your rug to quickly remove creases.Tips:Low- temperaturelroning, maximum 230°F.
Method 3
You can smooth the creases out with your hand, flatten them on the ground and begin walking around for a week, and they will relax.

Some of our rugs may arrive with folds/creases in them due to the way they were folded to keep them safe in transit.
