Product Overview:
Windows Hello is a biometric authorization method that gives you access to your own windows10 device in real-time. With windows hello, users just need to move their fingers and can be immediately identified by a new device running windows10.Windows Hello is not only more convenient than entering a password, but also more secure. Windows Hello can also unlock the windows, APPs, data and even websites and service key, instead of using random strings of letters or numbers that are easily forgotten, decoded or scribbled down.
2 Drive installation
System requirements
This software supports the 32-bit and 64-bit systems of Microsoft windows10 and above.
Automatic installation
WA28 has been approved by Microsoft. After connecting hardware USB to PC, the hardware driver will be installed automatically. If the driver is not automatically installed, the hardware driver can also be installed through the system update that comes with Windows. You can view whether the driver is successfully installed on the computer management in Windows System.

Manual installation
Open the computer management, click on left button to select the device, right-click on “Update driver”. If the device driver can be connected to the Internet, select “search automatically for drivers”. Otherwise, select manual installation.
Network installation, if the driver is not found, when the system prompts to update the system to achieve the driver installation, you just need to confirm.
If the network cannot be connected, select manual installation (The driver must be ready before manual installation).Select the Directory where the driver is located and keep clicking on the next step until you are sure that the driver has been installed.

5. Swipe your finger on the fingerprint sensor. Continue swiping 10 times when you register, please use the same fingerprint in different locations.
6. After the fingerprint is entered, the device will save your personal fingerprint, it will also prompt you to set the security PIN, click on “Set up PIN”.
7. First , verify your account password then set up PIN.
8. After setting the PIN, you can normally use your fingerprint to log in to your computer.

Will the original password still work after using Windows hello?
After the Windows hello device is installed and the fingerprint is set, the original password, original PIN code, and newly registered fingerprint can be used.
Do I need to register my fingerprint after unplugging Windows hello?
You don’t need to register your fingerprint again the next time you plug in your device or buy a new one.
Why do I get an error when I swipe my finger to register a fingerprint?

5. The correct way to swipe fingerprint
When registering a fingerprint, first observe the center of the fingerprint
grain of the finger to be registered. When swiping, make the center of the
fingerprint grain as far as possible to the center of the sensor, make the
finger as flat as possible. Swipe slightly hard, and do not move when swiping.
The more strict the registration, the more relaxed the use; It is best to
verify the registration several times after completion. The fingerprint
device can collect any finger of the user. The thumb and middle finger are
easy to collect clear fingerprint images. It is recommended to use the thumb
or middle finger.
