 Setup and use your digital video baby monitor

Installing Baby Unit

  1. Connect the small plug of power adapter to the Baby unit and push the DC Jack to the end to turn on baby unit. Only use the enclosed adapter (SV DC 1 OOOmA). You will see green LED is turned on.Moonybaby Split 60 Baby Monitor - Power Adapter
  2. Place Baby Unit on a flat surface, such as a desk or shelf or mount the camera on a wall.Moonybaby Split 60 Baby Monitor - Mount Camera
  3. Connect the small plug of power adapter to Parent unit and push the connector the end. Only use the enclosed adapter (SV DC 2000mA). Recommend charging time of at east 3 hours before first time use.

Precaution: use of battery for Parent Unit

When battery level is low, the power on off LED flashes red, monitors comes with sound alert and battery icon on LCD display flashes red.
Extend life cycle of battery: Only charge the battery when the battery life indicator is ow. Constant rechdffarging of your battery before the low battery indicator ight comes on will decrease the life of your batteries.
Optimize battery life : Louder speaker evel consume more battery power and shorten battery life. Switch on power saving mode and tune speaker sound level to level 4 to have optimized battery life. Moonybaby Split 60 Baby Monitor -

Frequently Asked Questions

Battery not holding a charge/Monitor cannot turn on

Remove battery from battery compartment and reinstall battery.

Monitor cannot hold camera connection

Please check whether monitor is selected to CAMERA SCAN mode. Monitor switches between paired cameras around every 10 seconds. When monitor switch the camera which is not powered on, monitor display Lost Link. You could use SPLIT VIEW button to select the camera you want to watch.

Sound Bar

This sound bar is designed for deaf parents to reflect sound level picked up from camera. You could disable this display in menu.

Save more battery energy with ECO mode by switching off both screen and audio

Switch off “On screen tips”

We try to explain status and function on screen. When you are familiar with this monitor, you could switch off this on screen tips in menu.

Pairing Camera

Choose from unpaired cameras in Menu first, you would see pairing message shows up on screen. During the pairing message is on screen, press camera pairing button 3 seconds. When camera and monitor is paired, video is on screen automatically.

Optical Lens Accessory

Lens type: Default lens hood
Lens description: To protect camera actual lens inside from being touched. There is no video effect when lens hood in on. Lens type: Optical Wide Angle Lens (Additional Purchase) Lens description: Wide Angle Lens view more in picture. Object become farther and smaller. Surrounded area are in slight distortion. This lens is sold separately and recommended to be used when you intend to have overview of the room.

CHOKING HAZARD
The Optical Lens and Lens hood are small parts. This is not for baby use or for use as a toy. Keep camera unit and lenses away from Baby’s reach at all times.

WARNING
STRANGULATION HAZARD – Children have STRANGLED in cords. Keep this cord out of reach of children (more than 3 feet/1 meter away from the crib). Never use extension cords with AC adapters. Only use the AC Adapters provided.

  • When an AC Adapter s plugged into an e ectrical outlet, do not the exposed end.
  • Test baby monitor before first use, periodically, and when changing location of the baby unit(Camera).
  • Do not use monitor near water (Such as bathtub, Sink, etc)
  • Keep parent unit away from heat sources (Such as stoves, radiators, etc)
  • Make sure there is proper ventilation around baby unit and parent unit.
  • This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with it.
  • The mains plug or an appliance coupler s used as the disconnect device, the disconnect device shall remain readily operable.
  • The baby monitor should not be considered as a medical device. While using the baby monitor, t is strongly recommended to have an adult directly checking on your baby. Premature babies or children considered at risk must be supervised by your pediatrician or other medical staff.

Battery Warning

  • Use only the original rechargeable battery provided.
  • Do not shot-circuit supply terminals.
  • Remove battery when product is stored for long periods of time or when battery s exhausted.
  • Dispose of exhausted battery properly.
  • Keep all batteries away from children.
  • The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and that no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the apparatus.
  • Danger of explosion f battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type.
  • Batteries (battery pack or batteries nstalled) shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.

  • Do not overload wall outlets, extension cords, or integral convenience receptacles as this can result in a risk of fire or electrics shock.

  • The baby monitor works better n temperature ranging between O°C and 40°C (32°F and 104°F)

  • Do not dismantle the appliance. It does not contain any parts that may be used independently.

  • Never Expose the baby monitor for ong per od to sun’s direct rays and never place it next to a source of heat, n a damp or very dusty room.

  • Never push objects of any kind nto this product through openings as they may touch dangerous voltage points or short-out parts that could result in a fire or electric shock.
    Never spill liquid of any k nd on the product.

  • Do not attempt to service this product yourself as opening or removing covers may expose you to dangerous voltage or other hazards. Refer all servic ng to qualified serv ce personnel.

  • The product should be mounted to a wall or ceiling nly as recommended by the manufacturer.

Moonybaby’s baby monitor warranty policy
Moonybaby will repair or replace (at our option) your unit free of charge for 12 months from the date of purchase f the unit is defective in workmanship or materials. To claim your repair/replacement, the product must be returned to Moonybaby together with a copy of the purchase receipt. In the absence of the purchase receipt, the warranty will be 12 months from the date of manufacture. This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage and handling, installation, accident, unauthorized repair or alteration.
