Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Selecting the Weld Process
Depending on the type of material you are welding, choose the appropriate
weld process. For steel and stainless steel, use the DCEN process. For
aluminum, use the Ar100 ER4043 or Ar100 ER5356 process. For stick welding, use
the Stick Lift TIG Aviation Connector 4P 1,2 process.
Step 2: Choosing the Electrode Type and Diameter
Based on the weld process selected, choose the appropriate electrode type
and diameter. For steel and stainless steel (DCEN), use Steel E6013 or Steel
E7018/E7024 electrodes. For aluminum (Ar100 ER4043 or Ar100 ER5356), use the
corresponding electrodes. Refer to the table for the electrode diameters
available.
Step 3: Selecting the Wire Type and Diameter
If using the MIG process, choose the appropriate wire type and diameter.
For steel (Steel MIG C100 ER70S-6), use the ER70S-6 wire. For stainless steel
(Stainless Steel ER308L/ER316L), use the corresponding wire. For aluminum
(Ar100 ER4043 or Ar100 ER5356), use the corresponding wire. Refer to the table
for the wire diameters available.
Step 4: Adjusting Settings
Use the knobs provided to adjust the settings for voltage, wire feed speed,
and amps depending on the process and desired results. Refer to the table for
recommended settings.
