JUMPS

  1. Start in an upright position, feet shoulder-width apart, head straight, and eyes focused on the trampoline mat.
  2. Swing the arms back and forth in a circular motion.
  3. Jump by pushing down on your toes.
  4. Keep your feet slightly apart as you land.
  5. To stop, bend your knees as your feet come into contact with the trampoline.

KNEE JUMP

  1. Begin with a basic jump.
  2. Land on your knees, keeping your back straight.
  3. Use your arms to help you balance.
  4. Return to basic jump position.

SEAT DROP

  1. Land in a seated position.
  2. Place your hands on the trampoline surface, next to your hips.
  3. Using your hands, push yourself up to a standing position.

FRONT DROP

  1. Begin with a small jump.
  2. Land on your stomach with your hands stretched out in front of you.
  3. Push into your arms to return to a standing position.

TURN

  1. Start with a basic jump.
  2. Rotate your body in the desired direction (the direction you want to turn).
  3. Keep head and shoulders facing in the same direction and body parallel to the trampoline surface.
  4. Land in an inclined position and then return to a standing position by pushing with your hands and arms.

  • Do not use the K tube in this step.
  • Please note that the J tube must be used as the bottom pole.

Warnings
Warning!Max 100 kg. Only for domestic and outdoor use. The trampoline shall be assembled by an adult under the assembly instructions and thereafter checked before the first use. Only one user. Collision hazard. Always close the net opening before jumping. Jump without shoes. Do not use the mat when it is wet. Empty pockets and hands before jumping. Always Jump in the middle of the mat. Do not eat while jumping. Do not exit by a jump. Limit the time of continuous usage (make regular stops). Do not use it in strong wind conditions and secure the trampoline. The trampoline is not intended to be buried in the ground. Not suitable for children under 3 years old. Small parts. Choking Hazard. No somersaults. Adult assembly is required. The net should be replaced every year. Always check your trampoline before use, paying specific attention to all the bolts, jump mat, and pad positions. Don’t use if any parts are missing or look like they show wear and tear. Stop exercising immediately should you feel unwell or if you feel dizzy. The safety enclosure is there to prevent the user from falling off the trampoline and is not to be jumped into unnecessarily.
Adult supervision is required.
Product Placement -Place on a flat and level surface such as grass or sand. Trampolines shall neither be installed over concrete, asphalt or any other hard surface nor in proximity to other conflicting installations (e.g., paddling pools, swings, slides, climbing frames). The trampoline must be positioned at least 2 meters away from all obstructions.

MAINTENANCE

The checks specified below should be carried out at the start of every season and regular intervals during the season.
Failure to carry out such checks may result in serious injury.

  1. Checked that the bolts are correctly screwed and re-screw if necessary.

  2. Check that the springs are intact and cannot come unhooked when jumping.

  3. Check that the circular protective pad covers the spring.

  4. Check that the bolt and edge protection caps are in place and replace them if necessary.

  5. Check the cord used to secure the net. The danger of suffocation.

  6. Check that the net, trampoline mat, and all protective elements are in good condition a capable of supporting the user’s weight. Sun, rain, snow, and extreme temperatures may reduce the lifespan of trampoline parts.
    Replace them, if necessary.

  7. Strong winds can cause your trampoline to fly away. In such conditions, you should secure your trampoline by removing the bounce mat and the net to reduce the wind factor. A ground anchoring system advised by an outdoor equipment specialist can also reduce the risk.

  8. In some countries, during winter, snow and extreme cold can damage your trampoline.
    We recommend that you dismantle the net, trampoline mat, and protective elements and store them indoors.

  9. Replace the net, trampoline mat, and protective elements every 1 year.

  10. Any defective parts must be replaced under the manufacturer’s instructions.

MOVING AND TRANSPORTATION

  1. A minimum of 2 people is required to move the trampoline. Position yourselves around the trampoline, gently lift the structure, and move to the desired location.
  2. The trampoline must be fully dismantled if transported by car, over a longer distance. Check the assembly instructions and follow each step, starting at the end. Removing springs is a delicate operation that must only be carried out using the tool provided.
