Fast Warming Reference Chart

Note:

• Please put the lid on while fast warming.
• Add 80mL/2.7oz of purified water for fast warming.
• Add purified water up to the MAX level for 24-hour food heating and milk warming.
• Take the baby bottle out in time to avoid over-heating.
• The time listed in the reference chart is a recommendation only. Different initial temperature, bottle material, and ambient temperature may impact the final milk temperature.
• Check the milk temperature by sprinkling a few drops on the inside of your wrist:
• If the milk temperature is lower than expected, please continue heating for an additional 0.5-1 minute.
• If the milk temperature is higher than expected, please cool the milk for a while before feeding.
• Please descale the bottle warmer regularly to prevent malfunctions such as automatic shutdown and inability to warm the milk.

• Q: What should I do if the milk temperature is not as expected?
• A : If the milk temperature is lower than expected, continue heating for an additional 0.5-1 minute. If the milk temperature is higher than expected, cool the milk for a while before feeding.
• Q: How often should I descale the bottle warmer?

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Fast & Sterilize

: (Add 80ml/2.7oz purified water) Quickly warm a bottle of milk in 3 – 7 minutes and sterilize bottles with timer by steam.

Screen shows timer countdown.

Take the bottle out immediately after warming to the right temperature to avoid overheating.
(Note : If you overheat breast milk, valuable nutrients and vitamins may be lost.)

Milk Warming
: (Add purified water to MAX line mark) Warming milk in around 6-15 minutes by water bath. Screen shows heating time in minutes. Appliance will “beep” to remind you check whethertemp of milk is ok.
Take the bottle out immediately after warming to the right temperature to avoid overheating. Leave bottle in the warmer a few minutes more if temperature is too cold.
It will stop automatically after 30 minutes.
(Note : If you overheat breast milk, valuable nutrients and vitamins may be lost.)

If you find this function is not fast enough, please try to use “Fast & Sterilize” as instead.

24H

: (Add purified water to MAX line mark)

Milk is warmed at a slower speed ( about an hour) at set temperature and then be kept warm for 24 hours. Defrost a bottle of milk to liquid state.

Screen shows set temperature in degree centigrade.

Food Heating

: (Add purified water to MAX line mark)

Heating food at desired set temperature in around an hour (frozen meat puree takes 3 hours) and keep it at set temperature for 6 hours. Screen shows set temperature in degree centigrade.

Note :

The top-lid has 2 lift-able window for tall bottles. Pay attention to prevent burns during use. Please don’t touch until it cooling down.

Instructions

1. Please check all partsof this bottle warmer to ensure safety and cleanliness before using.
2. Put the bottle warmer on a horizontal place.
3. Make sure that the bottle warmer has been filled with appropriateamount of distilled waterto avoid dry burning before plug in.(Bottle should not be floating after adding water).
4. After you plug in the will “beep” prompts that the power is connected.
5. Press the power button, power, the bottle warmer Power light is on.
6. Before connecting the power supply,make sure that the supply voltage is the same as the required voltage for the bottle warmer.

Below figures are for “fast, milk/food warming, 24H” only, for “Sterilize” please refer to below detail explanation.

This bottle warmer has smart memory function.

It will remember last time’s setting to save your trouble to set time again for next warming.

Fast Warming

USAGE 1: Fast Warming

1. Fill the chamber with 80 ml distilled water and cover the lid. (It is recommended to use distilled/ purified water to prevent scale).
2. Put the milk bottle into the bottle warmer.
3. Press the power button, Power light is on. Then touch the “FAST & STERILIZE” function. The default heating time is 3mins. Press “+” “” to adjust time according to the Reference sheet as followed . This bottle warmer has smart memory function.It will remember last time’s setting to save your trouble to set time again for next warming. The bottle warmer will start working automatically in 3 seconds after you finished selecting function.
4. The bottle warmer will count down automatically and the screen shows remaining heating time. Take bottle out in time when time is up to avoid over-heating.
5. Before feeding, shake the milk well and make sure the temp is suitable for feeding.

Note

1. The speed of warming milk depends on the amour of the milk warmed and on its initial temperature, i.e room temperature (20°C) or fridge temperature (4°C)
2. When you find the milk is not warm enough, you can place the bottle back into the appliance for a maximum of 0.5-1 minute of extra warming. This will create a slightly warmer result but without overheating.
3. If you leave the bottle in the bottle warmer longer than the time indicated in the settings table, the milk may become overheated.
   • Note: If you overheat breast milk, valuable nutrients and vitamins may be lost.
4. Always check the temperature before you feed your baby. Gently shake the bottle or milk storage container and check the temperature of the milk by sprinkling a few drops on the inside of your wrist.

Caution: The water in the bottle warmer might be hot after finishing warming milk / baby food. Be careful that hot water can cause serious burns.

STERILIZE

USAGE 2 – STERILIZE

1. Fill the chamber with 80ml distilled water and cover the lid. (It is recommend to use distilled/purified water to prevent scale).
2. Put the milk bottle/pacifiers upside down into basket first then put them into bottle warmer.
3. Press the power button then touch “Fast & Sterilize”. Press “+” “-” to set heating time to 15-20mins. The bottle warmer will start working automatically in 3 seconds after you finished selecting function.
4. The bottle warmer will count down automatically and the screen shows the remaining sterilizing time.
5. Bottle warmer will automatically off once the water dry out. Do not worry about the safety because GROWNSY bottle warmer is built with Anti Dry Heating function. Slightly touch the power button can help you stop sterilization.

Milk Warming & Defrosting

1. Pour distilled water into the bottle warmer to scale line of the portable basket (the scale line is inside the basket).Take out the milk bottle from the refrigerator and place it into the bottle warmer.
2. Touch the power button and then choose “Milk Warming” function. Touch “+/-” to choose volume of the milk to be warmed. The bottle warmer will start working automatically in 3 seconds after you finish selecting function.
3. The screen shows warming time after warmer works. It will “beep” to remind you to check whether milk is ready. Check the temperature by sprinkling a few drops on the inside of your wrist. If you find the temperature is not warm enough, put the bottle back to warm extra 1-2 minutes.
4. Before feeding,shake the milk well and make sure the temp is suitable for feeding.Please take milk out in time when warming is done to prevent overheating. The heating time depends on the material of your bottles and the original temperature of the milk. The referenced time is as followed:

Note

1. If you are in a hurry, “Fast & Sterilize” function can help you heat milk quicker by steam. ( milk warming heat by water bath)
2. If you don’t need to feed immediately, Please use 24H function. Put your bottle around half an hour early into bottle warmer and select 24H function can help to keep the perfect temperature.
3. The machine will stop working automatically after 30 minutes

Constant Warming Milk at 37°C/98.6°F

1. Pour distilled water into the bottle warmer to scale line of the portable basket. (the scale line is inside the basket). Take out the milk bottle from the refrigerator and place it into the bottle warmer.
2. Touch the power button then choose ” 24H ” function. The default temp is 37 C/98.6 F and you can also adjust the temperature you need by touching”+””-“button. The bottle warmer will start working automatically in 3 seconds after you finished selecting function.
3. The screen shows set temperature flashes in degree centigrade after warmer works. Milk will be ready in about an hour and set temnerature stays on
4. Before feeding,shake the milk well and make sure the temp  is suitable for feeding. The bottle warmer will precisely keep the milk, water at the target temperature for 24 hours in ” 24H ” to fit every baby’s preferences and to avoid overheating or too cold. (It is not recommended to heat breast milk for too long).

Note :

1. The warmer will stop working automatically after 24-hours constant warming.
2.  You can adjust the temperature from 37 to 60 C (98-140 F) when using 24H function.
3. At this setting, you can warm your milk at a slow pace and
   keep it warm at the right end temperature. E.g. to warm a bottle of 4oz milk starting from room temperature, it will take 15-20min. The warming time may be longer or shorter depends on the milk volumes and starting temperature.

Heating Food at 60°C/140°F

1. Pour distilled water into the bottle warmer to the scale line (the scale line is inside the bottle warmer).

2. Put the baby food in a heat-resistant container and then put them into the bottle warmer.
   

3. Touch the power button then choose the”Food Heating” function to heat food. The default temp is 60C/140 F and you can also adjust the temperature you need by touching “+””_” button. The bottle warmer will start working automatically in 3 seconds after you finished selecting function.

4. The screen shows set temperature flashes in degree centigrade after warmer works. Food will be ready in about an hour (frozen meat puree takes 3 hours)and set temperature stavs on

5. Before heating and feeding, please remember to stir the food well and make sure the food can be heated evenly.

*Note :
1. You can adjust the temperature from 60 to 90C (140-194 F) when using food heating function.
2. The machine will stop working automatically after 6-hours food warming.

Caution

Cleaning

1. Unplug the bottle warmer and make sure it cooling down before cleaning.
2. Do not immerse the working base for cleaning.
3. It is recommended to use distilled water to prevent scale. Acetic acid or other descalers can help you clean the scale efficiently.

Descaling

It is recommended to descale the bottle warmer every four weeks to ensure it continues to work efficiently.

1. Mix 10g citric acid cleaner with 200ml/7oz of cold water to descale the bottle warmer. Turn on the bottle warmer, select the STERILIZING FUNCTION then wait for 2-3 minutes after boiling, the descaling is completed.
2. Mix 50ml/1.7 oz of white vinegar with 100ml/3.5oz of cold water to descale the bottle warmer. Switch on the bottle warmer, select the MILK WARMING FUNCTION and wait for 10 minutes. Leave the solution in the bottle warmer until all scale has dissolved.

Note:

1. Never dry out.
2. Do not use other types of descalers.
