Product Usage Instructions
Installation and Operation User Manual
Before using the LED display, carefully read the Installation and Operation User manual provided by the manufacturer. Incorrect, incomplete, irresponsible, or unsafe use of the installation system may void any legal liability of the manufacturer.
Ventilation
Ensure that the indoor LED display is well-ventilated to allow for quick evaporation of adhering moisture and reduce humidity. Avoid ventilation under calm winds and wet weather.
Humidity Control
To reduce humidity damage, consider placing silica gel in the indoor storage environment. Silica gel acts as a physical hygroscopic agent, absorbing moisture from the air.
Dehumidification
If an air conditioner is present in the LED display installation place, turn on the dehumidification mode to reduce moisture levels.
Wet Wall Avoidance
Avoid placing the LED display cabinet near wet walls during wet and rainy weather to prevent contact with dew on the wall.
Storage Warehouse
Maintain a well-ventilated and dry environment in the LED display storage warehouse. Choose a high and dry location to prevent the entry of wet weather.
Flight Case Moisture-proof Treatment

Cabinet Maintenance
After dismantling the LED display, clean water stains and dust from the two sides of each cabinet before storing them in the flight case. The internal space of the flight case must be clean and dry. If moisture is present, dry the cabinets in the sun or with a dryer. Avoid excessive friction between the cabinet and the inner part of the flight case.
Electrostatic Shielding
The indoor LED screen should not be installed in a damp environment, and the surface of the LED screen should not be directly touched by hand without being electrostatically shielded.
Air Conditioning
If the indoor environment lacks air conditioning or if the indoor temperature exceeds 30°C, an air conditioner is required for the indoor LED screen.

Indoor LED display need to be well-ventilated, so the adhering moisture can be evaporated quickly, to reduce the humidity of the inside environment. But, please avoid the ventilation under calm winds and wet weather.

Regarding the maintenance of the connectors:
- Fill the cleaning liquid with the cleaner guns, such as DJW-618X cleaning liquid ( Major elements is: Dichloroethane, Trichloroethane or ethyl Alcohol).
- Pointing the cleaner guns in a 45-degree, distance of around 10-15cm, pointing to the dirty area of the connectors, press the switch , and spot-spray clean the dirty area. Attentions about cleaning the connectors:
- a cleaner gun is high-pressure, and pointing to people is very dangerous. Please keep it in a high position after use.
- please wear a mask and protective glass, to avoid the cleaning liquid splashing into the human eyes and mouth. Cleaning work should be kept far away from fire. Firework is prohibited.
- Cleaning work should be arranged in a natural ventilation atmosphere, or an open area.
