If you want to modify it, you can follow below:
Lock page on Populife App > Settings > Admin code > Enter your passcode > Save

Unlock by Populife App
Turn on Bluetooth, make sure the phone is close to the Keybox, and unlock the Keybox by tapping the UNLOCK button in App.

Unlocking records
You can view the Keybox access records and synchronize them to the app via Bluetooth when you are near the device. To view and synchronize the records, follow these steps:
Lock page on Populife App > Select “History”

Sharing Passcode
Administrators and authorized users can create 6-8 digit passcodes in the Smart Keybox App, which can then be shared with others by following these steps:
Lock page on Populife App > Select ‘PIN code > Tap + * button > Select code type > Configure and generate a code > Tap ‘Share”

Note:

  1. You can generate time-sensitive random passcodes remotely on the App without requiring an internet connection for the Smart Keybox.
  2. The Smart Keybox can store up to 300 valid passcodes, including 150 other types of random passcodes and 150 permanent and custom passcodes.
  3. When creating a custom passcode, ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and your phone is near the Smart Keybox.
You can add custom passcodes with the same valid period, but they cannot have the same digits as any existing valid passcodes.

Sharing Bluetooth key
Lock owner can authorize other Populife’s REGISTERED users to unlock via Bluetooth keys on App:
Lock page on Populife App > Select ‘Digital Key’ > Tap “+* button › set a key and share it with Populife account or generate a link.

Decoy Code
You can enter up to 10 additional digits before or after the correct password to prevent anyone from stealing your passcode. For example, you can unlock it by entering 1231598765443345, where 876544 is the correct passcode.
The maximum length for one attempt is 16 digits. This feature is enabled after pairing in App.

Security Alarm
If you enter an incorrect passcode 5 times in a row, the keypad will emit 5 beeps and temporarily disable for 5 minutes. To re-enable the keypad immediately, you can unlock via Bluetooth in the Populife App. Alternatively, you can wait for 5 minutes and try entering the correct passcode again.

Remote Control via Gateway
If you’ve purchased the online version of Smart Keybox, you can pair it with our Smart Gateway to remotely create custom passcodes, modify and delete existing passcodes, and view real-time unlocking records via the app. Without the gateway, these functions will require Bluetooth proximity to the device.

Calibration Time
This feature allows you to sync the device’s time to match your phone’s time. To ensure that all time-sensitive passcodes work on time, we recommend calibrating the lock time either after replacing the battery or periodically.
Lock page on Populife App > “Settings” > Tap “Calibration time”

Battery Level
You can check the battery level on Populife App. The battery level is only updated when you unlock the Keybox with the App or manually sync the battery level in the “Settings”.

Note:
If you see a battery level of 80% while the keypad is dead or still 20% after battery replacement, despite correctly installing the positive and negative poles, simply use the App to unlock or sync the battery level.

Emergency Jump Start
For emergency power, align an external 9V battery with the two pins at the bottom of the Keybox. Keep the battery connected until you unlock with the App or passcode. If you have the Type-C version, you can also use a Type-C cable, but it’s only for emergency power and not for charging.
