OPERATION GUIDE

* Start Switch

  1. The switch is preset to OFF” before delivery.
  2. Turn the switch to the ON” position to start the product.
  3. Turn the switch to the OFF” position to stop the product.

* Pulse Switch

  1. The switch is preset to OFF before delivery.
  2. Turn the switch to the ON” position to run the product at full speed.
  3. If you release the switch. it will automatically return to the OFF” position.

* Low/High Speed Switch

  1. The switch is preset to “Low Speed” before delivery.
  2. Turn the switch to the “Low Speed” position to run the product at low speed.
  3. Turn the switch to the ·High Speed” position to run the product at high speed.

* Operation Skills

  1. To process liquid food. the product must be started at low speed since the impact can be caused by instant start. which may result in liquid splashing out of the container. After the blender becomes stable. the operator can select an appropriate operating speed.
  2. When food inside the work bowl got stuck or is difficult to be stirred. the Pulse Switch or the stirring rod can be used.
  3. To process food that can foam easily(e.g.tea). the Pulse switch for low speed start can be used.select the number of instant running or operating time according to the amount of foam desired.
  4. When making smoothie food. adding an appropriate amount of drinking water can help the operation and reduce difficulty and processing time.

* Process Control

  1. Time control: Normally. food can be crushed within 30s: if the desired crushing effect is not obtained within 30s. the time can be prolonged to 2 min at most.

  2. Add food during operation (do not over-feed the work bowl to avoid overflow or overload)
    1 Stop the product and add food.
    2 When the blender becomes stable. remove the small transparent cover.and add an appropriate amount of food from the feed inlet (for hot drinks. this operation is forbidden: the product must be stopped before operation in order to avoid injury caused by splash of hot liquid).
    3 When removing the small transparent cover. press the rubber cover to facilitate removal and prevent the rubber cover from getting loosened.

  3. Use of stirring rod: Generally it is used in processing food of poor mobility. During processing. when food does not stir or cannot move smoothly. the Pulse Switch can be turned back and forth 2-3 times. Then use the stirring rod to stir food. During operation. hold the handle of the stirring rod to stir food up. down. left and right in sequence.

HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT

* Preparations

  1. Confirm that the operating voltage is US 110-120V/60Hz. EURO 220-240V/50Hz.
  2. Confirm that all switches on the product are in the ·oFFff position.
  3. Place the product on a proper working surface: correctly insert plug into the power outlet.
  4. Clean the work bowl. work bowl cover and stirring rod: prepare an appropriate amount of food for further operation.

* Add Food

  1. Add food to the work bowl in the following sequence:
    Generally first add soft food and then hard food. followed by liquid food. The total amount of food added should not exceed the highest standard scale mark on the work bowl: otherwise overflow of food may occur easily during stirring. Cut food into 1 -2CM pieces to make crushing easier and achieve a better effect.

  2. Close the work bowl cover. and confirm that it is closely mated with the work bowl. Stuff the small transparent cover into the feed inlet of the rubber cover. and turn it to the bayonet position for fixing. If the stirring rod is need during stirring. use the stirring rod in place of the small transparent cover. and put it into the feed inlet of the rubber cover.

  3. Properly place the work bowl on the power base.

* Start the Appliance

  1. Prior to operation. the operator should keep a safe distance of about 20cm from the product.
  2. Low speed start: Turn the start switch to the ·oNff position. the product will start at low speed. Upon start. the operator can adjust the Speed Control Switch to select an appropriate speed control mode for operation.
  3. Start with Pulse switch. Turn the Pulse switch to the ·oNff position. the product will start at full speed. and the Speed Control Switch will not work. If you release the switch. it will automatically return to the ·oFFff position.
  4. When food processing is finished. turn all switches to the OFFff position. When the product comes to a full stop. remove the work bowl and take out the processed food.

SAFETY & WARNINGS

For the sake of safety during use, safety warnings are provided in this manual in several expressions. Incorrect use of the product without following the safety warnings may give rise to safety accidents.
  TO DO

  1. Turn the start switch to the MONM position. adjust the speed as needed: when food processing is finished. turn all switches to the MOFFM position: when the motor comes to a full stop. take out the processed food.

  2. When hot water is used or the work bowl is fully filled. it is not allowed to exceed the highest standard scale mark. Make sure the work bowl cover is tightly closed: then gradually turn the MSpeed Control switch” from low speed to high speed. After operation. pour out the processed food carefully to avoid burn.

  3. This product is a Class I electrical appliance. For the sake of your safety. please ensure the availability of a good grounding circuit during use of the product.

  4. During use. take care to protect the appliance from inserts. dust and moisture. and avoid short circuit of the circuit board as a result of cockroaches entry into the appliance. If the appliance is to be left unused for a long period. it is suggested to store it in a plastic bag after cleaning.

  5. To process liquid food. the appliance must be started at slow speed since impact can be caused by instant start. which may result in liquid splashing out of the container.

  6. The work bowl uses an open design. When food processing is finished. take out the processed food as early as possible. If it is impossible to take out it immediately. there might be slight water seepage at the bottom of the work bowl. which is a normal phenomenon. Please take out the processed food immediately and clean the work bowl.

  7. Prior to start. first confirm that the “work bowl” is fully mated with the “power base”. and that the “rubber cover” is fully mated with the “work bowl”.

  8. After use.disconnect the power plug form the outlet to avoid damage to the electronic components or even caused by long-time conduction.

  9. The appliance should be in a horizontal position during use. and its sides and back should be at least 20cm away form walls. Do not use the appliance in a narrow space.
    After use. confirm that the ·power Switch” is in the ·oFF” position.

  10. The motor of this appliance is provided with a thermal protection unit: When the temperature is too high. it wil stop automatically. Please power off the appliance and unplug it from the outlet. You can restart the appliance when the temperature drops to a normal level.

  11. If the power cord is damaged. it must be replaced by a specialist from the manufacturer or its service department or by a similar professional.

DO NOT

  1. This appliance is a high-power product. Please use a separate high-power outlet(>SA) of high quality rather than poor quality. Do not share an outlet with air conditioner. induction cooker or other high-power appliance to avoid fire caused by over current.

  2. Do not use the work bowl if it is broken or notched.
    Check to see if the rotating unit and the blade are loosened or damaged. When the work bowl has been used for one year or longest. it is suggested to replace it with an original one of the same specification.

  3. When the appliance is running. never use your hand or any other part of your body to touch the rotating unit. especially the blade. Take care when cleaning or replacing the blade to avoid cut and other dangers.

  4. Do not rinse the appliance directly with water. to avoid possible dangers. take care not to allow water. soup or any other liquid to splash into the appliance.

  5. Do not place the appliance near a gas stove. kerosene stove or gas burner or in an environment with naked fire or high temperature.

  6. To avoid possible dangers. never allow a person slow in reaction or with mental disorder. or an old person or child to operate the appliance alone.

  7. Never use any strap object to contact the control panel to avoid water seepage due to cracking or damage to the internal control circuit. which can further cause malfunction of the appliance.

  8. Do not use the appliance on a carpet. tablecloth or thin paper to avoid blocking the air suction and exhaust ports. which may affect heat dissipation inside the appliance.

  9. Do not start the appliance when there is no food in the “work bowl”, which may damage the appliance.

  10. Put food prepared into the work bowl. The food volume should not exceed the safe scale mark on the work bowl.
    Then tightly close the work bowl cover.

  11. In order to avoid overflow of food. do not open the work bowl cover during use.

  12. Take care not to block the air suction and exhaust parts. which may affect heat dissipation.

PRODUCT MAINTENANCE

  1. Disconnect the power plug before cleaning the product.
  2. Clean the product and other components immediately after use.
  3. The external part of the power base can be wiped with a wet cloth.
  4. After each use. if the product is to be left idle for more than 1 Omin. please clean the work bowl immediately.
  5. After each use. the rubber cover must be removed for cleaning. In order to avoid scratching the rubber cover. do not use any sharp object for cleaning.
  6. Make sure the product is clean and dry before storage.
  7. If the product is to be left unused for a long period of time. please disconnect the power plug form the outlet. Take care to protect the product from dust and insects.

TROUBLESHOOTING

* Why does the appliance fail to actuate?
Possible Cause**

  1. The power plug is not inserted.
  2. The motor protection unit trips.

Solution

  1. Insert the power plug into an outlet conforming to voltage requirement.
  2. Place the power base in a well-ventilated area for about 20min to cool it down.

* Why does the machine vibrate excessively?
Possible Cause**

  1. The power base is not balanced.
  2. The work bowl is not completely placed on the main unit.
  3. There is too much food.

Solution

  1. Place the power bade on a horizontal surface.
  2. Properly place the work bowl on the power bade.
  3. Adjust the amount of food.

* Why does the water overflow from the work bowl cover?
Possible Cause**

  1. The amount of water exceeds the limit.
  2. The work bowl cover is not properly positioned.

Solution

  1. Adjust the amount of water.
  2. Properly place the work bowl cover on the work bowl.
