Get started

  1. Download the IKEA Home smart app.
  2. Follow the instructions on screen to add the product to your smart home system.

This product is designed to control scenes in a smart home= system. Use Button 1 or Button 2 to control your scenes.

Controlling your scenes
Each button has a single, double, and long-press so you can connect multiple scenes to one button. Connect up to 6 scenes to one shortcut button (3 scenes per button).

Connecting your scenes

  1. Use the IKEA Home smart app to connect scenes to your shortcut button.
  2. Follow the instructions in the app to create a scene and assign a button press-type to it.
  3. The scene will start when you single, double, or long press the assigned button.

Battery care
When the battery gets low, a red LED light will blink when you press any button. DIRIGERA hub and IKEA Home smart app users can view battery status in the app and receive notifications when the battery starts to run out.
Note: Never use abrasive cleaners or chemical solvents as this can damage the product.
Recommended battery type : 1 x IKEA LADDA 900 (AAA/HR03, 1.2V, 900mAh, Ni-MH) (not included)

Changing the battery

  1. Open the battery compartment using a flat object.
  2. Replace the battery with a new AAA/HR03.

Care instructions
To clean the remote control, wipe with a soft cloth moistened with a little mild detergent. Use another soft, dry cloth to wipe dry.
