NOTES:
- Please use a USB power adapter with full power of 9V / 2A or 12V/2.5A, otherwise, it may cause charging instable.
- Do not put metal or magnetic cards on the charging board, which may cause damage or the charger does not work.
- If the charging is stopped due to overheating of the receiving coil or transmitting plate during use, please remove the charging product and wait for it to cool, try charging again.
- In case of abnormality, the indicator light will flash or automatically shut down for protection.
FAQ:
Wireless charging is slow
The mobile phone itself or the external receiving coil allows the wireless charging current to be different, or the application when the mobile phone is charging, it is recommended to reduce or close the application due to high power consumption.
The wireless charging of the mobile phone is intermittent, and the indicator light flashes
The charging current of the charging head (adapter) is insufficient. Please use a USB adapter with sufficient power of 9V / 3A or 12V/2.5 A The power adapter.
Charging and heating
It is normal for the receiving coil or transmitting board to generate heat during wireless charging. It is recommended to adjust the charging position.
The indicator light of the charger is normal, but the mobile phone charging does not work
The receiving coil of the mobile phone is faulty or the charging position is misaligned. It is recommended to replace the receiving coil or repair the mobile phone (built-in receiving coil).
The indicator light of the powered-on charger is not on
If the main engine fails, contact after-sales maintenance.
