Step 1: Verify TV Weight and Size
Make sure your TV weighs between 30-80 lbs (13.6-36.2 kg) and consult your TV’s owner’s manual for verification. -
Step 2: Determine Mounting Location
If the main wall is wood, ensure that the wall covering does not exceed 5/8 inches thick. There must be at least 2 studs available for mounting. If the main wall is concrete or brick, refer to the S4 installation points. -
Step 3: Measure and Mark Mounting Holes
Refer to point 5 on page 5 of the manual to ensure that the four mounting holes are the correct distance above the mantel surface.
Wood Wall Installation:
If the main wall is concrete or solid brick, use the provided expansion pipe
(Part M). For heavier weights above 60 lbs, it is recommended to use metal
sleeve anchors.
Concrete or Solid Brick Wall Installation:
Install wallboard (CC) using Hex bolt screws and washers (L). Make sure to let
the pre-set wire go through the hole as illustrated in the picture. Tighten
the Hex bolt screws firmly against the wallboard.
WARNING: Do not cover electrical outlets with the Wallboard.
NOTE: If the wood studs are off-center above the mantel, the center steel plate of the wallboard (CC) can be reassembled to the left or right for TV centering, and then tightened securely. There are different hole positions on the wall plate.

Step 4: Cable Management
Take out N/J from the packaging and lock the four allen pan head screws (M8x10) with a Hexagon wrench in N. Use cable ties in N to tie up the wires as shown in the pictures below. Leave an appropriate amount of cable slack to allow full motion of the lifting arm. -
Step 5: Mounting the TV
Lift the TV through hooks for hanging onto the bracket panel, then press the safety locks on the hooks and fix it with the screws (H). -
Step 6: Tension Adjustment
Take out GG from the packaging and press them onto the wallboard.
WARNING:
Do not try to force the tension adjustment beyond the minimum setting as it
may damage the mount.

- This product should only be installed by someone who has a basic knowledge of building construction, and installations and fully understands these instructions.
- Make sure that the supporting surface will safely support the combined load of the mount. the display and all attached hardware and components.
- If mounting to a wall of wood stud construction, be sure that mounting bolts are anchored to the center of the studs. When installing the TV mount on a concrete wall, the wall must be at least 8″(203mm) thick with a minimum compressive strength from 2500 to 3000 psi(17.2 to 20.7 MPa),t he concrete wall must meet ASTM C39.
- When installing the TV mount on a cinder block wall, the cinder blocks must meet ASTM C216 specifications and have a minimum nominal width of 8″(203mm).
- Be sure to mount in a solid part of the block, generally 1 “(25 mm) minimum from the side of the block.
- Do not drill into mortar joints! If plaster/drywall is thicker than 16mm, custom fasteners must be supplied by the installer.
- Always have someone assist you to lift and position your equipment.
- Tighten screws and bolts firmly,b ut do not over-tighten over-tightening can damage the items and greatly reduce their ability to hold. P lease refers to suggested torque values where applicable in these instructions.
- Screws must be tightly secured, but do not overtighten any screws(especially the four Hex Bolt Screws M8x63.5mm) or damage can occur and the product may fail.
Tools Needed for Assembly
Before you begin, please verify that all components are included and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact the Product Supplier, Never proceed with missing or damaged parts! Lay out all components and make sure you identify that each one has a match in the diagram. Some of the parts included will not be used during installation. Do not proceed if you do not understand and identify all of the components. Before you begin, make sure all parts shown are included with your product. Parts may appear slightly different than illustrated.

CRITICAL requirements of the installation
WARNING
Make sure that the supporting surface will safely support the combined load
of the equipment and all attached hardware and components, Bracket
installation needs two people together to complete.
- The temperature at the front edge of the mantle should never exceed 110° F(43″C).
- If the main wall is wood, the wall covering must not exceed 5/8 inches thick. There must be at least 2 studs available for mounting. If the main wall is a concrete or brick wall, please refer to the S4 installation points.
- The mantle must not extend from mounting surface V more than 16 inches.
- TV weight must be between 30 and 80 lbs (13.6~36.2kg). Consult your TV owner’s manual for verification.
- The space above the mantle must be taller than the wallboard. The required space depends on how far out the mantle extends. Refer to the chart below and add this additional height to the wallboard height to determine if the space is tall enough.
Installation of the bracket

Measure the centerline of the mantle. Mark with tape on the wall.

Locate at least two studs with a stud finder. Locate the center of these studs by using a sharp awl or finish nail poked through the drywall to locate each edge. Lag bolts must be installed into the CENTER of the studs.

Please reference point 5 on page 5 to ensure that the four mounting holes are the correct distance above the mantel surface.

Install wallboard(CC) using Hex bolt screws and washers(L). Please let the pre-set wire go through the hole as illustrated in the picture. Tighten the Hex bolt screws until they are pulled firmly against the wallboard.

Take out K/EE/FF/N(spanner MlO) from the packaging, and install it as illustrated in the picture.

Select TV Screws
- Thread screws by hand into the threaded holes on the back of your TV to select which screw diameter fits your TV.
- When attaching brackets to the flat screen, be careful not to over-tighten screws and be sure that screws do not bottom out in the mounting holes.

Attach the Hooks
- Position your hooks over your TV hole pattern – making sure the hooks are centered and level over the TV hole pattern.
- Secure the hooks using your screw/washer/spacer selection:
- for Flat Back
- for Round Back/Extra space

Attach the Handle
Take out H/1/AA/DD from the packaging, according to the size of the TV, adjust to the appropriate location, as shown in the picture below, and then lock with a cross screwdriver. -
Lift the TV through hooks for hanging onto the bracket panel, then press the safety locks on the hooks and fix it with the screws (H).

Take out GG from the packaging, and press them onto the wallboard.

Adjustment of the spring pressure
Adjust the spring pressure to the appropriate level with the socket wrench and 01 or 02 (the hexagon wrench MS that we provided).-
Adjustable the bracket’s constant force
Attention : The weight of the TV set in the weighing range -
The TV sets can be hovering at any height, and do not need to adjust.

TV leveling adjustment (-5°/+5°)
If needed, loosen 4 leveling nuts on the rear of the 1V plate by a maximum of 2 turns with the N(spanner), adjust to level, and retighten to secure . -
Tilting angle adjustment (-15°/+3°)
- Loosen the handles, adjust the TV to your desired position, and then tighten the handles.

How to tighten or loosen the handles
- Turn the handle (loosen or tighten} until stopped by the count.
- Pull out and hold the handle.
- Turn the handle in the opposite direction.
- Push and release the handle.

- Please use the cloth stained with water to wipe it.
- Don’t disassemble the product randomly.
- Do not use strong acidic or alkaline liquid to wipe 1he product.

- Check that the mantel ann mount is secure and safe to use at regular intervals{at least every three months).
