We want you to know
- Network connection requires Echo, including: Echo (2nd Gen and newer), Echo Dot (2nd Gen and newer), Echo Plus, Echo Show, Echo Studio, and more.
- Only the 1st Gen Echo and 1st Echo Dot are not supported
- Smart Plug don’t support extra App or other voice assistants, and don’t compatible with Smart Life, Homekit, Google home and SmartThings.
- Make sure your Echo Bluetooth is turned on.
Getting Started
- Make sure Alexa Echo and the router are online. Does not support Wi-Fi networks without Echo.
- Make sure the distance between the device and the Alexa Echo is less than30ft.
- Power on the smart plug, and make sure it is in pairing mode.(LED flash)
- If not, press and hold the button on the plug for 5 seconds. release the button once you see the blue LED flash.
Set Up Your Smart Plug
- Say to Echo: “Alexa, Discover Devices”. No App is required during the pairing process.
- In above a minute, Alexa Echo will give you a voice notification, saying: “Found the Plug”.
- You can control with your voice and in the Alexa app.
Voice Control
- After Setup, you can control the smart plug directly through voice commands.
- Say to Echo: “Alexa, XXX XXX.”

| Rename | Alexa, rename the plug to “apple”. |

- After Setup, the plug status will appear in the Alexa App.
- Remote control with Alexa App.

Troubleshooting
Question 1: How to reset Your Smart Plug?
- Press and hold the button on the side of the plug for 5 seconds. Release the button once you see the blue LED light. - A blue LED blinks when reset is complete. - The LED flashing, enter paring mode.
Question 2: What can I do if the smart plug doesn’t work?
- Restart your device first to see if it resolves the problem. To restart, unplug the device from the outlet and plug it back in. - lf you have restarted your device and it still isn't working, reset your Smart Plug. - Please contact the service team if it still doesn’t work.
Question 3: How to extend signal range?
- BLE Mesh plug-to-plug connection can extend your voice control capabilities beyond signal dead zones, each BLE Mesh plug act as its own hub beyond the Echo. - If the paired plug is disconnected, set up another plug between the plug and echo, and the disconnected plug can restore connection.
