Product Usage Instructions

Initial Use

When first opening the safe, follow these steps:

1. Remove the emergency key cover located on the safe.
2. Insert the emergency key into the designated slot.
3. Turn the emergency key anticlockwise.
4. Rotate the knob clockwise to open the door.

Caution: After finishing the operation, follow these steps:

1. Rotate the knob anticlockwise.
2. Turn the key clockwise to its original position.
3. Pull out the emergency key and store it in a safe place.

Inserting Batteries

Caution: Before inserting batteries, ensure that you have removed the emergency key and closed the safe door.

1. Replace all four batteries with new ones.
2. If there is a power outage lasting more than 30 minutes, you will need to reset the user code.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

SCREEN DISPLAY IDENTIFICATION

INITIAL USE

• When first opening, user should open the safe with the emergency key.
• Remove emergency key cover, then insert the emergency key and turn it anticlockwise.
• Turn the knob clockwise to open the door.

CAUTION:

• Finish operation, you need to rotate the knob anticlockwise and turn the key clockwise.
• Pull out the emergency key and keep it in a safe place.

INSERT THE BATTERIES

• Remove the battery compartment.
• Insert 4 × AA alkaline batteries ( Not included ) into the battery box.
• Under normal condition, if the yellow battery icon light is on, it means the voltage is low and you should insert new batteries.

CAUTION

• Replace 4 new batteries. If the power outage lasts more than 30 minutes, the user code should be reset.
• Working voltage range: DC 4.2-7.5V
• Working current: <350mA
• Static current: <35uA(@6.0V)
• Use ambient temperature: 0-50 ℃

OPEN THE DOOR

• Input your user’s code (3 to 8 digits) or master code (3 to 8 digits), each pressing results one buzzer beep;
• Press ” # ” to confirm, it will be confirmed by two buzzer beeps and the green unlock Icon light will be on;
• Rotate the knob clockwise and pull outwards within 5 seconds, the door will be open;

CAUTION:
When the entered password is incorrect, press ” * ” to delete (delete all previous operations) and re-enter.

SET THE USER CODE

• With the door unlocked, press the reset button. Then start setting code when the buzzer beeps twice;
• Input the new user code (3 to 8 digits), and press the ” # ” to confirm, it will be confirmed by two buzzer beeps and the green unlock Icon light will be on.

SET THE MASTER CODE

• With the door unlocked, input ” 00 ” and press reset button, start setting code when the buzzer beeps twice;
• Input the new master code(3 to 8 digits), and press the ” # ” to confirm, it will be confirmed by two buzzer beeps and the green unlock Icon light will be on. Then setting is done successfully.

CAUTION

If the red alarm Icon light goes on with buzzer beeps, which means the code changing is not effective, and you need to try it again.

AUTOMATICALLY LOCKED

• If the wrong code is entered 3 times continuously, the keyboard will be locked for 20 seconds. Every time you press the keyboard and the buzzer will sound.
• If the wrong code is entered 6 times continuously, the keyboard will be locked for 5 minutes. Every time you press the keyboard and the buzzer will sound.

MOUNTING

• Drill holes for expansion bolts(or clamping screws) in the right place;
• Turn the expansion bolts anticlockwise to separate;
• Use the expansion bolts(or clamping screws) to secure the case to the wall;
• Make sure the case is mounted in place as required and then tighten all screws.

CAUTION

• Use the expansion bolts when there is the concrete wall surface.
• Use the clamping screws when there is the wooden wall surface.

KEY MATCHING SERVICE

According to the past use of customers, forgetting the set password is a frequent occurrence, so it is very important to manage the emergency key well, please keep it properly and do not lose it. In case of loss, provide the label number of the middle part of the lock cylinder to the manufacturer for paid key matching service.
