Read the instruction manual carefully before using this device, especially the
safety instructions, and keep the instruction manual for future use. Should
you give this device to another person, it is vital that you also pass on
these instructions for use.
- This electric heated overblanket must not be used by persons insensitive or highly vulnerable to heat, because they could not react if it overheats.
- This electric heated overblanket must not be used by very young children (from 0 to 3 years), because they could not react if it overheats.
- This electric heated overblanket must not be used by young children (from 3 to 8 years), unless the switch has been set by a parent or guardian and the child has received enough information to use the electric heated overblanket safely.
- This electric heated overblanket can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the electric heated overblanket.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall be made by children without supervision.

- The electronic components in the switch will become hot when the heated overblanket using.
- You should therefore not cover switch or place it on the heated overblanket when the latter is used.
- Not pull, twist or do not bend the cables too strongly.
- This electric heated overblanket must be regularly checked for the presence of any sign of wear or damage. Where appropriate, this heated overblanket has been used inappropriately or if it heats more, it must be checked by the manufacturer before being used again.
- If the heated overblanket power supply cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- If you want to store or fold the heated overblanket:
- Allow it to cool down before folding
- Do not crease it by placing items on the top of it during storage.
- Do not use on adjustable bed or check that the heated overblanket or cord do not become trapped or rucked.
- When using the electric heated overblanket for several hours, it is recommended to set the switch to the lowest temperature level to avoid overheating.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Plug in the control unit and switch on at the socket.
- Turn on the throw by pressing the power button, then press the temperature setting button.
- A number relating to the setting will appear in the indicator panel. The throw will gradually start to warm up.
- There are 9 levels of heat, the default is 1, if you require a higher temperature setting, please set the temperature setting between 2 to 9 by pressing the temperature setting button. This increases in one unit intervals – 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. Once you have reached 9 if you press with temperature setting button again it will go back to 1.
- Should the throw get too warm for you, adjust the heating setting back to level 2 or 1 by pressing the temperature setting button.
- Position 2 and 3 of the throws is intended for heating up, only position 1 is for continuous operation.
- Change the temperature setting to level 1 before falling asleep.
- To switch off your heated throw, press the power button and there should then be nothing showing on the indicator panel. Switch off and unplug at the socket.
AUTO SHUT-OFF
- Your throw has 9 settings for automatically switching off up to 3 hours. The default is 20 minutes.
- Should you like to adjust the setting, once you have set the temperature, press the auto shut-off setting button to select a setting between 2 and 9. Each setting increases by 20 minutes.
- So you know you are selecting the auto shut-off time, on the panel there is a dot after the number.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
When you are not using the electric heated overblanket and before cleaning it, follow the instructions below:
- Make sure the control button is in the “OFF» position.
- Disconnect the power supply.
- Disconnect the plug linking the control to the device.
- Let the heated overblanket cool down before cleaning.
Cleaning
- Small stains can be cleaned with a cloth or a damp sponge and, if necessary, with a little liquid detergent for delicate fabrics.
- Warning: the electric heated overblanket should not be dry-cleaned, bent, dried in a dryer or machine-pressed or ironed.
- If the heated overblanket is very dirty, it can be washed only by hand at 30ºC (maximum). Machine wash, dry clean or tumble try may damage the inner heating wire due to the high speed strength.
- Use a detergent for delicate fabrics and measure it out according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Do not wash the heated overblanket too often to avoid excessive wear and tear.
- When drying the heated overblanket, do not hang it up with clothes pegs or other such devices.
- Do not expose the heated overblanket to heat sources such as the sun, a radiator, etc.
- Only reconnect the power cable to the heated overblanket when the plug and the fabric are completely dry.
- Never switch the electric heated overblanket on to dry it.
Storage
If you are not using the heated overblanket for a long time, it is
advisable to store it in its original packaging in a dry place and not to
place any objects on top of it.
