CAUTIONS AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Check the voltage before using it.
  2. Keep children away from the machine.
  3. Please use glass, ceramic, metal and other high temperature resistant materials forthe Cup material.
  4. Plastic products cannot be heat press.
  5. This machine is not suitable for minors to use or food processing.
  6. Use in a well-ventilated area-vapors from the heating process may be irritating to sensitive individuals.
  7. Do not touch the heating element after pressing whilst in operation.
  8. Always unplug the machine and allow it to cool completely before handling or storing.
  9. Do not leave the machine unattended when it is connected with the power.
  10. Do not clean the tumbler heating element with water.
  11. Do not heat up without a mug or tumbler, as it will reduce the service life of the tumbler element.
  12. Do not use the machine continuously for more than 1.5 hours, it needs to rest for 10-20 minutes.
  13. Risk of electric shock, Do not disassemble the machine or modify the internal structure of the machine.
  14. Keep the designed sublimation paper completely dry.
  15. Please take the sample to test, the sublimation temperature and time depend on the sublimation tumbler you purchased

PRODUCT FEATURE AND APPL/CATION

  • The tumbler press machine is a great tool for applying your digital images onto sublimation coating cups. Set up and print a digital image onto transfer paper using your favorite image manipulation software program, and then use the Tumbler Press to heat and transfer the image onto the substrate. The main benefits of the Tumbler Press is how quickly the image is transferred, the easy-to-use digital control panel and thumbscrew pressure adjustments.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

  • “START” key: Press the “ST ART” button once to enter the heat press mode, the motor rotates forward, and the heating element is pushed forward. When the heat press is completed, the motor reverses, and the heating element reset.
  • “STOP” key: When the heating element is moving forward, press the “STOP” button, the heating element stops moving forward, press the “STOP” button again, the heating element resets.

DIGITAL CONTROL PANEL

  • The “M”sign appears on the display to indicate that the machine has entered a buffered state.at this point the machine is locked and cannot be operated .just wait 2-5 seconds to return to normal. It usually appears when the machine has just started or when the “STOP” or “START” button is pressed.
  • ENTER key: 1. Same function as the “START” key.
    • 2. Long press “ENTER” to clear the counter.
  • MODE key: 1. 4 Built-in modes.
  • When entering the heat press mode, pressing the any 1 of the 4 MODE keys has the same function as the “STOP” key.

HOW TO CHANGE THE BUil T-IN MODE (PRESS “SET0 AND / TO CHANGE)

  • : Short press once, the temperature will increase by 1 °F, the lime will increase by 1 s, and the pressure will increase by 1, and long press can increase continuously.
  • : Short press once, the temperature will decrease by 1°F, the time will decrease by 1s, and the pressure will decrease by 1, and long press can decrease continuously.

HOW TO SWITCH TEMPERATURE UNIT (DEFAULT UNITIS”°F”)

OPERATION GUIDELINE

NOTE:

  1. In order to prevent the heating element from returning automatically before the end of preheating, need to press “STOP” button twice.
  2. For cups with handles, the handle needs to lean against the handle positioner to prevent the handle from being broken.
  3. Using a cold machine requires preheating with a blank sublimation cup, which can prolong the life of the heating element.
  4. If you use the three modes of stainless tumbler/glass can/custom for full printing, the turntable will automatically rotate 180° after the first countdown is completed for the second transfer heating element.
  • Step1 : Prepare two white empty cups, one of which is used for preheating, and the other is fixed with patterned sublimation paper with high temperature tape.

  • Step2: Connect the power cord and turn on the switch.

  • Step3: select 1 built-in mode of 4: Stainless tumbler: screen will display “1”
    Glass can: screen will display “2” Custom: screen will display “3” Ceramic mug: screen will display “4”

  • Step4: Put the cup without sublimation paper from top to bottom. press “START” button then the heating element will move forward, the screen will display
    “ ” and ” ” to preheat.

  • Step5: Press the “STOP” button to stop the count down. when the set temperature is reached, press the “STOP” button again. the heating element will move backward and buzzer will sound.

  • Step6: Take out the empty cup after preheating, and then put the cup with sublimation paper in, press the “START” button, the machine will automatically adjust the pressure and count down.

  • Step 7 : After the count down is complete, take out the cup, wait for the cup to cool down, then remove the sublimation paper.

HOW DO I CLEAN THE HEATING ELEMENT?
The heating element does not need to be cleaned. If it is dusty, wipe it with a dry cloth. Even if ink from marker projects bleeds onto the heating element cause by the transfer paper is too thin , there is no way to clean it. DO NOT clean with water that may cause a short circuit. You can wrap a mug tumbler with butcher paper to prevent transferring onto future projects or buy a new heating element to replace.

Some dots on your cup. Caused by extraneous particulate matter either on the
cup or on the transfer paper. Make sure your crafting environment and cup is

clean. Trim transfer paper close to the design.
Blurring / Faded design on your cup surface.| Because of insufficient temperature and press time. and the design is not tight or completely flat against the cup.| Adjust the temperature or increase the heating time. make sure the design is firmly secured flush against the cup.
Faded edges near mug handle.| The transfer paper is too close to the mug handle.| Make sure the heating element completely covers your design transfer paper.
Toasted.| Caused by the temperature being too hot or pressed for a long time.| Adjust the temperature or increase the heating time. make sure the design is firmly secured flush against the mug.
No display after powering up| Poor outlet contact. or the fuse is blown.| Change the power cable and check outlet. Replace fuse with the supplied back up fuse.
Does not heat up to the temp displayed| The heating pad is burnt. out| Check heating pad connections. Replace the heating pad.
Darkened, deep color blurred image| Pressed for too long, temperature too high| Adjust the temperature and heating time.
Temperature still up.| Not adjust to confirm temp when open| Adjust the stable temperature and deviation of +10 degrees from the set temp is normal.
No power when open machine| The heating pad is burnt out.| Start up and observe the display content of the instrument, whether it is normal display or 000.
