The TurboChef Conveyors are equipped with One-Touch Controls, allowing for easy operation. The oven comes preprogrammed with recipe settings and can be used right out of the box. It also can load new menu settings via USB or manually program them. The conveyor oven is designed to cook food efficiently and evenly.

Product Usage Instructions

  • Preheating
    • To begin preheating the oven, follow these steps:
    • Touch the Power Icon located on the screen.
    • The oven will start preheating to the lowest set temperature by default.
  • Recipe Mode
    • The oven is preprogrammed with recipe settings for your convenience. You can use these settings to load new menu settings via USB or manually program them. Follow the steps below to use the oven in recipe mode:
    • Touch the Power Icon in the center of the screen to begin preheating.
    • Select “Presets” on the screen.
    • Choose a preset/recipe from the available options.
    • Place the food on the conveyor, but be cautious as the conveyor will be hot.
    • Safely remove the food when it reaches the other end of the conveyor. Again, exercise caution as the conveyor will be hot.
    • When you are finished cooking for the day, touch the power button located at the bottom left corner of the screen to initiate the cooling down process.

HOW TO USE

One-Touch Controls: TurboChef Conveyors

  2. Off Icon Touch the power icon in the bottom left corner to turn the oven off (cool down).
  3. Presets Cook – Touch “Presets” to enter the Presets Cook Mode.
  4. Recipes – When in Presets mode (X), touch the + or the current preset icon/name to display the list of recipes/presets available on the conveyor oven.
  5. Manual Cook – Touch “Manual” to enter Manual Cook Mode.
  6. Idle Mode – Press the idle mode button beside the Presets button to put the conveyor in Idle Mode. In Idle Mode, the conveyor display belt turns green. Idle mode saves energy when not cooking.
  7. Edit Icon – The Edit icon will only be displayed when Edit Mode is enabled. Touching this icon will allow you to edit menu items.
  8. Settings Icon – Touch to access Info Mode. A passcode (8 6 4 8) will be required.
  9. Preheat Progress – Indicates preheat progress.
  10. Clean Screen Icon Touching this icon will lock the screen for 10 seconds for screen cleaning.
  11. Help (?) – This will display the QR code that leads to the product page.

Recipe Mode: Conveyor with One-Touch Controls

The oven is preprogrammed with recipe settings at the time of manufacture and is ready to operate out of the box. New menu settings can be loaded via USB or programmed manually. If settings are not present, the conveyor oven will cook only in manual mode. The sequence of steps below may vary, and some may not apply.

  • Step 2: Select Presets
  • Step 3: Select a preset/recipe.
  • Step 4: Place food on the conveyor. CAUTION: The conveyor is HOT.
  • Step 5: Remove the food safely when it reaches the other end of the conveyor.
    • CAUTION: The conveyor is HOT.
  • Step 6: When finished cooking for the day, touch the power button (bottom left corner) to begin colling down.
