Hosted 3CX
Hosted 3CX is a communication system provided by USA Phone. It offers
various features to enhance your communication experience, such as blind
transfer, attended transfer, hands-free intercom, call pickup, call park,
conference calling, paging to all phones, and more.

Alternatively, you can call
856-761-1000 and select option 1 during
business hours to talk to a live support representative. For emergencies after
business hours, select option 8.

Product Usage Instructions
Hosted 3CX Voicemail Setup
Initial Setup
- Dial 999 or press the Messages button.
- Enter your PIN.
- Your default password will be 4663 followed by the # key.
Record Your Name and Voicemail Greeting
- At the Main Menu, press 9 for Options.
- Press 5 to change Self Identification Message.
- Press 0 to record new.
- Record your First and Last Name followed by the # key.
- Save Message 0.
- Press # to exit the previous menu.
- Press 8 to Change Greeting.
- Press 0 to record a new greeting.
- Record the greeting followed by the # key.
- Press 0 to save.
- Name and Voicemail greetings are complete and you may hang up.

Feature| Activation Instruction
Blind Transfer| Press Transfer + extension number or BLF + transfer
Attended Transfer|
- Press Transfer
- Dial the extension number you are trying to transfer the call to and then press the # or the Soft Key Transfer
- When someone answers, announce call
- Hang up and the call will be transferred
HandsFree Intercom| Press intercom button + extension number + send (or
Intercom + BLF)
Call Pickup| Dial 20 + extension number + # or send
Transfer to Voicemail| Press transfer + *4 + extension + transfer
Call Park| Press an available park key (Park 1, Park 2, Park 3 etc. )
Retrieve Parked Call| Press appropriate park key (Park 1, Park 2, Park 3
etc. )
Conference Calling|
- While on the first call press the “Conference Soft Key”
- Dial second party + dial or #
- Press the “Conference Soft Key” again
Paging to All Phones| Press paging key and speak after you hear the tone (Available only if activated)

- Save Message 0.

- Press 8 to Change Greeting.
- Press 0 to record a new greeting.
- Record the greeting followed by the # key.
- Press 0 to save.
- Name and Voicemail greetings are complete and you may hang up.
