SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
  2. Children should not play with the appliance.
  3. Cleaning and maintenance of the device must not be done by children without supervision.
  4. Use the fan only for purposes described in the instruction manual.
  5. The appliance is intended exclusively for private, domestic use and for the intended purpose. This appliance is not suitable for professional use.
  6. Do not use the appliance outdoors.
  7.  Always use on dry, level surface.
  8. Before using the fan, make sure that the voltage in your mains is the same as that indicated on the label of the device.
  9.  Make sure the power cord is easily accessible at all times.
  10. Keep the appliance away from heat sources, direct sunlight, moisture (never immerse it in any liquid), and sharp edges.
  11.  Do not operate the appliance without supervision. If you leave the room, you should always turn off the appliance. Remove the plug from the power supply.
  12.  The protective grills are to prevent direct access to moving parts when the fan is in use Avoid contact with any moving parts.
  13. CAUTION : To avoid injury, do not insert your fingers between the grilles when the appliance is plugged in or when it is turned on.

UNPACKING THE APPLIANCE

  1. Remove the appliance from its packaging.
  2. Remove all of the packaging material such as foils, filling material, cable holders, and cardboard packaging.
  3. Check all the contents of the package.
  4. Check the appliance for any damage to prevent a hazard.
    NOTE: There may still be dust or production residues on the surface of the appliance. We recommend that you quickly wipe off the housing with a damp cloth.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING: The appliance should be completely assembled before initial operation!

STAND FAN

  1. Place the upright support shaft into the recess in the base and secure the shaft by tightening the screws and nuts on the bottom of the base.  Then install the base cover by passing the shaft through the hole in the cover.
  2. When you have finished joining the stand base to the support shaft, place the device on a flat surface.
  3. Then secure the motor onto the shaft by inserting the mounting screw . CAUTION : Make sure the motor is properly secured in place and is not in danger of coming out of place during use.
  4. Place the back of the protective mesh on the front of the motor and align it with the corresponding holes on the motor. Then insert the screws and tighten them until the protective mesh locks into place.
  5. Install the impeller onto the motor shaft. Align the mounting hole in the fan impeller with the notch (flat part) on the motor shaft, and secure it with the mounting screw.
  6. CAUTION: Make sure the impeller is tight before proceeding to the next step.
  7. Open the locking clips of the front protective mesh and unscrew the screw. Then align the hole of the front and rear-guard mesh and screw the screw to complete the joint and secure it. Close the locking clips to complete the assembly of the fan guard.

FLOOR FAN

  1.  The base of the floor fan consists of three parts. Join the three parts and secure them with the screws provided.
  2. Then secure the motor onto the shaft by inserting the mounting screw.
    CAUTION : Make sure the motor is properly secured in place and is not in danger of coming out of place during use.

WALL FAN

  1.  Assemble the base as with the floor fan.
  2. Then slightly loosen the screw of the connection point of the base with the motor.
  3. Rotate the floor and wall mount so that it rests parallel to the wall and is flush. Retighten the screw and nut on the joint.
  4. Place the hook where you want on the wall using the eyelets and screws, then hang the fan base on the hook.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Set the stand fan on a dry and level surface.
  2. Before connecting the appliance, make sure that the power supply of your appliance corresponds exactly to the voltage of your electrical installation.
  3. Adjust speed by selecting one of three speeds (1-2-3), by turning the power switch. Indications 0-1-2-3 define the fan off or speed low/ medium/ high.
  4. Set the fan accordingly to be stationary or rotate by pulling up or pushing down the knob on the back of the fan.
  5. Turn the switch to position OFF to switch the appliance off.

CLEANING

  1. Always disconnect the fan from the power supply before cleaning or assembling.
  2. Do not immerse or pour water directly onto the appliance. Risk of electric shock and fire!
  3. Do not allow water to drip on or into the fan motor housing.
  4. Use a soft cloth dampened with a mild soap solution to clean it.
  5. Do not use hard, abrasive or corrosive detergents or solvents to clean the appliance or any of the following as a cleaner: benzene, thinners or benzene.
  6. To clean the fan blades, disconnect the front from the rear guard by opening the clips around the perimeter of the rear guard and unscrewing the locking screw. Use a soft damp cloth to clean the blades, then join the two protective grids and secure them by closing all clips and screwing in the locking screw

CAUTION: Make sure the fan is fully assembled before using the fan again.

STORAGE

Your fan can be stored partially disassembled or reassembled.

  1. Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply before storing the device.
  2. Make sure the appliance is cold and dry before storage.
  3. Always store the appliance away from children.
  4. Always store the appliance in a safe and clean place. For the best protection of the appliance, store it in its original packaging.
    CAUTION: Make sure the fan is fully assembled before using the fan again.
