KKnoon MH2000F Microcomputer Temperature Controller

Thank you for choosing Shenzhen’s “MEIHANG TECHNOLOGY” microcomputer temperature controller. This product gathers a wide range of modern heating and cooling technology, small size, lightweight, big range working voltage(AC90V~AC250V = 10% 50/60Hz), simple operation, accurate measurement and anti-interference ability, etc. It suits most users in different environments for automatic intelligent control systems of many kinds of refrigeration, and heating equipment. The procedure has been set for the power outage permanent memory function. specifications:

Operation of buttons: status

Reset button, in the setting status; press this button one time to quit the setting status, and back to the display
S: setting button, press S 3 seconds to get into the Menu code, it displays
Press S once more and again to cycle the parameter setting status parameter code (refer to the attachment), if you want to adjust the parameter code chosen, please press or when it appears and press save and quit.
up or down to adjust the parameter, press it for a long time it will adjust quickly

Parameter setting

Heating mode: get into the parameter menu code model, after choosing the code , press buttons or display “H” or “C”, after 3 seconds, it will save it automatically, “H” means heating model, the setting control temperature is 40°F, slewing range of temperature is 2°F when the environment temperature ≥ setting temperature (40°F), the relay will switch off and stop the output load; when the environment temperature ≤ setting temperature (40°F) – slewing range of temperature (2°F) =38°F, the reply will switch on and output load again:
Refrigeration control: get into the parameter menu code model, after choosing the code Press buttons or it will display “H” or “C”, after 3 seconds, it will save it automatically, “C” means refrigeration,  the setting control temperature is 40°F, slewing range of temperature is 2F, when the environment temperature 40°F, the relay will switch off and stop output load. When the environment temperature ≥4 2F 40°F +2°F=42°F) the relay will switch on and start the output load.
setting of temperature control: get into the parameter menu and choose to press the button or change the parameter needed, it will save it automatically after 3 seconds, (pressing button A or V for more than 2 seconds could adjust the parameter quickly), this is the setting range of the temperature control (range:-40~212°F)
delay start: get into the parameter menu and choose Press button or to change the parameter needed, it will save it automatically after 3 seconds, (pressing the button or for more than 2 seconds could adjust the parameter quickly, this is the setting of delay start (range: 10minutes)
The setting of slewing range: get into the parameter menu and choose to press the button or change the parameter needed, it will save it automatically after 3 seconds, (pressing the button or for more than 2 seconds could adjust the parameter quickly), this is the setting of delay start function (range: 0.1–50°F)

Code

Defective reminder
when the temperature sensor detects the up-limited environment temperature of 212°F, it flashes H and turns off the output; when the temperature sensor detects the down-limited environment temperature -40°F, it flashes L and turns off the output too.

Note

  • To prevent high-frequency interference, do not install the sensor line bundled with the power line and loaded equipment line, but should be separated the wiring
  • Supply voltage must be consistent with the rated voltage and the deviation must be less than  10%. Strict distinction between sensor installation, power line and loaded output interface
  • The temperature control host machine cannot be installed in a place where is dripping water, or the elderly, children could be touched
