Return and Exchange Instructions
We understand that sometimes, an item may not be the perfect fit or meet your
expectations. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here
to help. Please follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange
process:
Step 1: Log into Your Account
Log in to your Aziz Bekkaoui account using your email and password. If you
made the purchase as a guest, you can skip this step.
Step 2: Locate Your Order
Once logged in, go to your order history to find the specific order containing
the item you wish to return or exchange.
Step 3: Select the Item
Within the order, locate the item you want to return or exchange. Click on the
“Return/Exchange” option next to that item.
Step 4: Choose Return or Exchange
Select whether you’d like to return the item for a refund or exchange it for a
different size or product. Follow the prompts to provide more details if
necessary.
Step 5: Package Your Item
Safely pack the item you’re returning, making sure it’s in its original
condition, with all tags and packaging. Re-use the original box and packaging
for this please.
Step 6: Print Your Shipping Label
Please arrange a shipment via the shipping company of your choosing and follow
the steps of their website for shipping a parcel. After completing the steps.
You will get a shipping label that you can download, print and stick on the
packaging you made. PLEASE NOTE: Any return fees are the customer’s
responsibility!

Step 7: Ship Your Package
Drop off your package at the nearest shipping center or arrange for a pickup
using the shipping label.
Step 8: Track Your Return
Use the tracking number on your shipping label to monitor the progress of
your return or exchange. You’ll receive email notifications as we process your
request.
Important Notes:
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Exchange items will be shipped once the return is received and processed.
