ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
- Please read these instructions carefully before starting assembly.
- Assembly must be done strictly in accordance with these instructions
- Please check to ensure that all parts are included in the packaging.
- To avoid injury, please use work gloves to perform the assembly.
- It is recommended that assembly be done by two persons.
- Assembly duration is about 2 to 3 hours.
BEFORE ASSEMBLY
Assembly instructions
Before starting assembly, check local building codes regarding footings,
locations and other requirements. Study and understand these assembly
instructions. Important information and helpful tips will make yourassembly
easier and more hassle-free.This manual all the appropriate information for
assembling your product. Review all instructions before you begin and during
assembly. Follow the sequence carefully for correct results.
Parts and Parts list
Check the list for all necessary parts. Separate the contents by part number
when reviewing the parts list. The first few steps will show how to join
related parts to make larger sub assemblies that will be used later.
Familiarise youself with the hardware and fasteners for easier use during
assembly. Extra fasteners are provided for your convenience.
PLAN AHEAD
Check weather
Be sure that the day you select to assemble the shed is dry and calm. DO not
attempt to assemble the shed on a windy day. Be careful On wet or muddy
ground.
Teamwork
Whenever possible, two or more persons should work together to assemble the
shed. One person can position parts or panels while the other is able to
handle the fastemers and tools.
Tools and materials
There are some basic tools and materials needed for the assembly. Decide which
method Of anchoring and the type Of foundation you wish to use in Order to
form a complete list materials that you will need.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Finish
For a long-lasting finish, periodically clean and wax the exterior surface. Touch up scratches as soon as you notice them. Immediately clean the area with a wire brush. Then wash it and apply touch-up paint as per the paint manufacturer’s recommendations. -
Doors and roof
Always keep the door tracks clear of dirt and other debris that prevent them from sliding easily, Lubricate door tracks annually with furniture polish or silicone spray. Keep doors closed and locked to prevent wind damage. Keep the roof clear Of leaves and debris with a long-handle, soft-bristle broom. -
Fasteners
Use all washers supplied to protect against weather infiltration and protect the metal from being scratched by screws. Regularly check the shed for loose screws, bolts and nuts and re-tighten as necessary. -
Moisture
A plastic sheet (vapour barrier) placed under the entire floor area with good ventilation will help to reduce Condensation.
Attention
Do not store swimming pool chemicals in the shed. Combustibles and corrosive
solvents must be stored in air-tight approved containers,
Tips
Wash off inked part numbers on coated panels with soap and water. Silicone
caulking may be used for watertight seals throughout the shed.

INSTALLATION

Assemble the base bars (1 to 4L) with screws Fl. Next, the entrance taper channel (5) on top of the bars (31- and 3R). Secure with screws Fl to the base as shown. Ensure that the base bar assembly is a perfect rectangle.
NOTE : Beware of sharp edges. -
Place the front panel supports (P4A) on the base bars as shown. Next, attach wall panel (P2) to supports (P4A) with bolt, nut and washer F2. Fasten P2 to the base bar with screws and washers Fl. Then attach wall panels (P3 and P4) to wall panels (P2) with screws and washers F 12 from the inside.

Insert four top sliders (G2) into the sliding channels (7 and 8) as shown. Attach the door bar (6) between the two front panels (PIA). Then place the sliding channels (7 and 8) on top of the front door panels from the inside. Line up the h01es with the wall panels. Fasten with screws and washers Fl. There are not pre-drilled holes on part 7 and part 8, but they can be easily fixed with screws Fl .

Place the top angle bars (9, IOL and IOR) on top of the wall panels as shown. Line up the holes with the wall panels and fasten with screws and washers Fl. Next, place the wall panels (Pl, P2 and P3) between the top bars and the top angle bars. Secure them wth screws and washers Fl.

Place the left column (25L) and right door column (25R) on top of the base bars (3L and 3R). Slide in the wall panels as shown. Secure wth screws and washers Fl.

Place the gable panels (12R and 21R) on top of the sliding channel (6) and the side top bar (9). Align the holes and secure them with screws and washers Fl from the inside. Repeat the steps for the other gable panels (12L and 21 L). Next, attach the four gable panels together and secure with a connector (81) and bolts, nuts and washers F2 as shown. Finally, attach the vents (GF) to the front gables (121 and 12R) with bolts, nuts, and washers F2.

Place the roof panels P5, P6, and P 7) on top Of the gable panels and roof supports. Line up the holes and fasten with screws and washers Fl from the inside. Cap the screws with Sl for safety.
NOTE : Make sure that the roof panels are overlapping each other. -
Attach the roof flashings (15 and 17) to the roof panels and secure with screws and washers Fl. The place four top corner brackets (GC) on the joints and secure with screws and washers Fl.

Attach the door bars (20) to the door panels (Dl and D2). Next, attach door bar (27) to the door panels (Dl and O2). Secure with bolts, nuts and washers F2. Finally, attach the bottom slider (CD) to the bootm door bar as shown with bolts, nuts and washers F2.

Attach two door handles (GB) to the door panels (02) and secure with bolts, nuts and washers F2.

Slide the door panel assembly into the base bar (3L). Make sure that the bottom slider (GD) is sliding inside the base bar (3L). Then attach the top door panel to the top slider (G2) with screws F3.
NOTE : Make sure all holes are aligned before securing with screws.
