Product Usage Instructions

  • Step 1: Confirm successful installation
    Before using the Jabra Evolve 30 II USB-C UC Mono with your ShoreTel softphone, you need to ensure that the installation and configuration are successful. Follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Control Panel on your computer.
2. Click on “Phone and Modem”.
3. In the Advanced tab, verify that “ShoreTel Remote TAPI Service Provider” is listed.
  • Step 2: Configure ShoreTel Remote TSP
    If the ShoreTel Remote TAPI Service Provider is not listed or needs configuration, follow these steps:

    1. Click on “Configure”. The ShoreTel Remote TSP dialogue will open.
2. In the Provider Usage section, make sure that “Use this service provider (enable)” is selected.
3. If you cannot verify these steps, it means the ShoreTel Remote TAPI Service Provider is not installed properly. Reinstall it and then reboot your computer.
  • Step 3: Verify ShoreTel integration in Jabra Direct
    To ensure proper integration with Jabra Direct, follow these steps:

    1. Launch Jabra Direct on your computer.
2. Check the Jabra Direct home screen for the ShoreTel integration status. It should display “Ready”.
