Features

How to Change the Nib

• Pull the old nib out carefully with a suitable tool
• Insert the new nib into the Stylus Pen carefully

Note

• Not compatible with iPad Pro Ist & 2nd gen, iPad Pro 10.5″, iPad Pro 9.7″, and pre-2018 versions of iPad, iPhone, Android, Microsoft devices.
• All iPad iOS systems must update to iOS 12.2 or above. To check your iOS version, go to iPad settings * General Software.
• Please ensure the pen is sufficiently charged before use.
• Use a glass screen protector for the best experience.
• Please turn off Bluetooth after using an Apple Pencil if using the Stylus and Apple Pencil at the same time.
• The pen will not operate while charging.
• Performance decreases when the battery is nearly depleted.

FAQ

Q: How to start using it?
A: Please tap the button on top of the pen twice continuously to turn it on/off

Q: Why does the indicator light not light up when I touch the top switch twice?
A: Please tap twice in quick succession, if the interval between two touches is long, the startup program will not be activated

Q: The stylus does not work with my device. The indicator light can light up green
A: Please make sure the pen is fully charged and compatible with your iPad. Your device must be on iOS 12.2 or above. If the pen is unresponsive, please turn off Bluetooth and Apple Pencil connection and try to write again.

Q: Why does the indicator keep looping flashes and not stop when charging?
A: Please use our original charging cable in the package, Apple’s cable and plug have an agreement, which may cause charging failure.
