It is best not to use this tool for operations such as sanding, wire brushing, polishing, or cutting.

Do not use non-dedicated accessories or accessories not recommended by the tool manufacturer.

The outer diameter and thickness of the attachment must be within the rated capacity of the tool. Incorrectly sized accessories will not be safe to handle.

Do not use damaged accessories. Please check the grinding wheel and other accessories for debris and cracks before each use. If the tool or accessory is dropped, check for damage or reinstall an undamaged accessory. Tips for maintaining maximum battery life:
- Charge the battery pack in time before it is completely exhausted. When you find that the power of the tool is low, stop the tool operation and charge the battery pack.
- Do not recharge a fully charged battery pack. Overcharging will shorten the life of the battery.
- Please charge the battery pack at room temperature of 10℃-40℃ (50 ℉-104℉). Please charge the hot battery pack after it cools down.
Application
This tool is used for grinding, cutting, engraving, punching, trimming, etc. of various materials.

Install or Remove the Battery Pack
CAREFUL: Before installing or removing the battery pack, be sure to turn
off the power of the tool

the battery pack.
Battery Protection System
This tool is equipped with a battery protection system. The system can
automatically cut off the motor power to extend battery life.
During operation, if the tool or battery is in the following conditions, the
tool will automatically stop running:
Overload:
Operate the tool in a way that causes an abnormally high current. In this
case, please close the tool and stop the application operation that caused the
tool to overload. Then open the tool and restart. If the tool cannot be
started, the battery is overheated. In this case, wait for the battery to cool
down before turning on the tool.
Battery voltage is low:
The remaining battery power is too low and the tool does not run. If you start
the tool, the motor will run again, but it will stop soon. In this case,
remove the battery and charge it.
Function Description
Indicator light
The machine is equipped with a battery pack start switch, and the indicator
light on the machine will light up to show the remaining battery power. The
indicator light will turn on for a few seconds and go out automatically.
PS: Under different conditions of use and ambient temperature, the power shown
by the indicator light may be slightly different from the actual situation.
Switch operation
WARNING: Before inserting the battery pack into the tool, be sure to check whether the switch trigger can be pulled free and whether it can be returned to the “O” (closed) position when released.

To start the tool, slide the slide switch to the “I (ON)” position. For
continuous operation, press the front of the slide switch to lock it. To stop
the tool, press the back of the slide switch, and then slide the switch to the
“O (OFF)” position.
-Prevent Accidental Restart Function
If the battery pack is inserted into the tool and the slide switch is in the
“I (ON)” position, the tool will not start. At this time, the indicator light
will flash slowly, which means that the accidental restart prevention function
is being enabled.
At this time, you can slide the slide switch to the “O (OFF)” position, and
then slide it to the “I (ON)” position.
Change Speed
By turning the speed adjustment wheel, the machine’s operating speed can be adjusted from 25000r/min to 4000r/min. The number 1 (minimum speed) to 6 (maximum speed) is printed on the adjustment wheel. The speed is adjusted according to the processing material and work accessories.

Installing And Removing The Grinding Head
ATTENTION: Before performing any assembly operations on the tool, be sure
to turn off the power of the tool and take out the battery pack.
Grasp the tool with your left hand and press the shaft lock button with your
female finger to prevent the spindle from rotating. Loosen the chuck
counterclockwise with your right hand, insert the required grinding head into
the chuck, and tighten the chuck clockwise with the matching special wrench.

ATTENTION:
The assembly distance of the grinding head should not be installed at a
distance greater than 8 mm of the chuck nut. Exceeding this distance will
cause vibration or fracture of the rotating shaft.
When disassembling the grinding head and grinding wheel, proceed in the
reverse order of the installation steps!

WARNING: Always make sure the rotary tool is “OFF” and disconnect the plug from the power source or the battery pack from the tool before changing accessories.
Notice: When removing or installing the chuck, please press the axle lock button.
Accessories Installation
Screw Mandrel Accessories
WARNING: Always make sure the rotary tool is “OFF” and disconnect the
plug from the power source or the battery pack from the tool before changing
accessories.
Notice: Please hold down the button when installing the grinding head.
A screw mandrel is used with the felt polishing tip and wheels. Thread the tip on the screw carefully. The felt tip must thread down straight on the screw Mandrel, and be turned all the way to the collar.
The small screw mandrel has a small screw at its tip and is used with emery
cutting wheels and sanding discs.
Plug the charger cord into your standard power outlet, then insert the battery
pack into the charger. The charger’s green indicator light will begin
to“BLINK”. This indicates that the battery is receiving a fast charge. Fast
charging will automatically stop when the battery pack is fully charged.
Maintainance
ATTENTION:
- Before checking or maintaining the tool, be sure to turn off the power to the tool and remove the battery pack.
- Do not use gasoline, benzene, thinner, alcohol or similar items to clean tools. Otherwise, the tool may become discolored, deformed, or cracked.
- These accessories or devices are dedicated to the cordless electric grinder tools listed in this manual. Do not use accessories or devices from other brands.
