CD-3800 Ultrasonic Cleaner

High frequency vibration stimulates the transducer and generates 42,000Hz of ultrasonic wave. Just use plain water and put the item to be cleaned into the water and press “ON” button, you will see clearly the dirt separates off into the water. FEATURES:

The product should be switched off when it is subjected to electromagnetic interference like Fast Transients or Surge voltage, but it can recover after being re-plugged in the socket, and then just follow the instruction described in this manual to set the function again for normal operation.
Unplug this product before filling. Fill with water only unless otherwise specified by manufacturer. Do not overfill.

Dirt eliminated process through ultrasonic technology

Many tiny bubbles are generated under the action of ultrasonic .| Bubbles are imploded constantly under
the action of ultrasonic to impact the surface of the item.| Dirt is split into many granules and
separated from the surface of the item, then comes into water.

Attention: Glasses / Sunglasses with cracks pre-existed in the coating are not suitable (for ultrasonic cleaning) but to clean. frames only.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

| Open the lid and fill stainless steel tank with water.
Running without water may damage the unit!

Place item into water.
The item should be immerged well into the water.
However, do not exceed the “MAX” mark.

Close the lid and plug in. Press “SET” button to choose working cycles freely.
When the unit is electriffied, 180s is displayed automatically.
It is the most common-used working cycles. Every time when press “SET” button, the 5 optional working cycles will be displayed on the screen. Users can choose working cycle freely according to the quantity and situation of the item.

Press “ON” button to start cleaning and the red indication light is on. The time left will be displayed on the screen.
During cleaning, you can hear the “ZIZI” voice, it means the unit is working normally.

When showing 000 , the unit stops automatically and the red light turns off. If next cleaning is needed, just repeat the above steps. During cleaning, when you want to stop, just press “OFF” button. If press “ON” button again, the unit will  continue the left program to fiinish the cleaning. You can also press SET button to renew the working cycle.

When the cleaning is fiinished, unplug it and open the lid, then take out the item. At last, pour the water from stainless steel tank and wipe it up.

FOUR WAYS OF CLEANING

GENERAL CLEANING
Use just plain water for general cleaning. The water should submerge the item but not exceed the “MAX” mark

ENHANCED CLEANING
Add about ml of daily/non-detergent into the water when the item to be cleaned is smeary or has not been cleaned for long time. It can quicken the speed of decomposition of the smear, and enhance about % of cleaning result.

DEEPLY CLEANING
When the item to be cleaned needs deeply cleaning or sterilizing, use “Enhanced Cleaning” first, and then replace with clean water and add about 5-10ml of non-corrosion disinfectant into the tank. Restart the unit and set the working  cycle as 90s. After this working cycle finished, the item can be cleaned deeply.

UNIT MAINTENANCE

Unplug and empty the unit after using.
Do not keep water in the tank for a long time.

Wipe the tank and unit with dry towel.
Avoid washing the complete unit with water to reduce the risk of electrocution.

Keep in cool and dry place.

USAGE OF OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES

PLASTIC BASKET
When small item is cleaned, put the item into plastic basket first, and then put the basket into the tank. In this way, it can reduce friction between the item and the tank.
Please pay attention, the plastic basket is only for cleaning small items, because it absorbs about 30% of ultrasonic energy, and reduce the cleaning result. In this case, when using the plastic basket, please refer to the instruction of “Enhanced Cleaning” in this manual.

WATCH STAND
The permeability of ultrasonic is very strong, do not put watch(less than metres of water proof) into the tank directly, or the water may penetrate into the watch and damage it.
Use watch stand to hold the watch, and immerse the watch chain into water and clean it..
The same with plastic basket, the watch stand also absorbs ultrasonic energy. When the watch stand is used, please use “Enhanced Cleaning”.
