Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep the instructions, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing. If you give this device to other people, please also pass on the operating instructions.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
  2. Children should not play with the appliance.
  3. Cleaning and maintenance of the appliance must not be done by children without supervision.
  4. Use the fan only for purposes described in the instruction manual.
  5. The appliance is intended exclusively for private, domestic use and for the intended purpose. This appliance is not suitable for professional use.
  6. Do not use the appliance outdoors.
  7. WARNING : The electrical connection and installation of the ceiling fan must be done by a certified and specialized electrician and always in accordance with national regulations for electrical installations.
  8. CAUTION : Before installing the ceiling fan, turn off the power to the main panel. Disconnect the fan from the power supply before installing or repairing it.
  9. CAUTION : The fan must be grounded.
  10. Make sure the power cord is properly grounded to avoid the risk of electric shock.
  11. The fan must be installed in such a way that the blades are at a height of more than 2.30 meters from the floor.
  12. During installation, make sure that there is a distance of at least 15cm. from the edge of the fins to the wall and from any other object. Keep in mind that the longer this distance, the better the air flow from your fan.
  13. The support hook must be able to support the weight of the fan in motion and a weight of at least 45 kg to ensure proper placement.
  14. Do not connect the fan to a dimmer switch. This can cause engine noise (even damage) and poor performance of the appliance.
  15. It is not recommended to operate the ceiling fan and gas appliances in the same room at the same time.
  16. Before turning on the fan, make sure all connections are stable and secure.
  17. WARNING : Due to the natural movement of the fan, some connections may loosen. Check support joints, brackets and blade fittings twice a year to make sure they are secure.
  18. Keep the appliance away from heat sources, direct sunlight, moisture (never immerse it in any liquid) and sharp edges.
  19. Do not use the appliance near bathtubs, showers, sinks, swimming pools, etc. where it may get wet or come into contact with water.
  20. To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse the fan, plug or cord in water or any other liquid or spray with liquids.
  21. Unplug from the electrical outlet when not in use, when moving the fan from one location to another, before putting on or taking off parts and before cleaning.
  22. Do not operate the appliance without supervision. If you leave the room, you should always turn off the appliance.
  23. CAUTION : Never attempt to stop the fan blades when operating.
  24. CAUTION : To avoid injury, do not place or insert any object into the fan blades when the appliance is connected to the power supply or when it is in operation. Avoid contact with any moving part.
  25. CAUTION : Do not place clothes or other objects on the fan.
  26. CAUTION : Do not use the appliance near curtains.
  27. Periodically check the appliance and its cable for any damage.
    • WARNING : Do not use the appliance if it has been damaged in any way or if there are any visible signs of damage to the appliance. To avoid possible danger, do not attempt to repair the device yourself. Contact a qualified technician for repair. Use only original spare parts.
  28. Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. Always contact an authorized technician.
    • WARNING : Use only original spare parts. The use of accessories not recommended or sold by the manufacturer of the device may cause hazards.
  29. Do not use the appliance if its surface is cracked.
  30. Do not operate any appliance, with a damaged cord plug after the appliance malfunctions, or has been dropped damaged in any manner.
  31. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
  32. Do not use the appliance unless all its parts are fully assembled.
  33. Make sure the fan is completely off before reversing the fan direction.
  34. Do not use or store the appliance in places where there are flammable materials and gases, or in an environment with a lot of dust, air or steam.
  35. Do not use the appliance near an open flame or other heating device.
  36. WARNING : Do not use the appliance in the presence of potentially explosive or flammable liquids or gases.
  37. CAUTION : Keep the appliance away from children and pets.
  38. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. In order to ensure your children’s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.
    • CAUTION : Do not allow small children to play with the foil. There is a danger of suffocation!
  39. Your fan may make a slight noise at low speed. This is not a malfunction of the appliance or a defect because it is electrical noise caused by a power outage.
  40. WARNING: For the ceiling fan light, use ONLY LED E27 lamp. LED lamp power must not exceed 20W.

NOTE : The light source (LED lamp E27 max. 20W) that can be placed in the appliance should have an energy label.

BATTERY SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS OF REMOTE CONTROL

  1. CAUTION : DO NOT SWALLOW BATTERIES, RISK OF CHEMICAL BURNS!
  2. If the battery is swallowed, it can cause severe internal burns in as little as 2 hours and can lead to death.
  3. If you think someone may have swallowed batteries or inserted them into any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.
  4. Keep new and used batteries away from children.
  5. Different types of batteries or new and used batteries should not be used together.
  6. WARNING : Remove the batteries if the remote control is not used for a long time to avoid battery fluid leakage.
  7. Do not expose the remote control to sunlight.
  8. Check the cover so that it remains closed.
  9. If the battery cover does not close properly, stop using the product and keep it away from children.
  10. CAUTION : Do not attempt to charge expired or non-rechargeable batteries. Buy new rechargeable batteries.
  11. Batteries contain materials that are hazardous to the environment. must be removed from the device before disposal and disposed of safely.
  12. CAUTION : Never dispose of batteries in a fire. Risk of explosion and fire!
  13. Batteries must be delivered and disposed of at the relevant collection and recycling points. Do not dispose of batteries with other municipal waste.

CEILING FAN INSTALLATION

WARNING : The electrical connection and installation of the ceiling fan must be done by a certified and specialized electrician and always in accordance with national regulations for electrical installations.

  1. Place the mounting plate in a suitable place on the ceiling (following safety instructions) and secure it with the supplied screws and spring washers.
  2. Remove the lock R from the arm sterilizing pin, then remove the pin.
  3. Apply the top cover and bottom cover to the arm.
  4. Loosen the arm socket mounting screw and then route the motor body power cables through the mounting bracket. Then place the bracket in the motor holder and then place the support pin, secure with the washer and lock R and finally tighten the fixing screw until the bracket is secured to the motor. Lower the decorative (bottom) cover so that the pin and screw are not visible.
  5. Connect the power supply (ground) cables to the terminal block as below.
    • Blue cable – Neutral
    • Brown cable – motor
    • Black cable – Lamp
    • During connection of the wires, securely connect the copper wires of each cable and connect the terminal to the cable.
    • Be careful to ensure that all the wires of the cable are properly inserted into the terminal and that no bare copper protrudes from the terminal, to avoid the possibility of short circuit and electric shock.
  6. Insert the remote control receiver between the bracket and the ball joint, as shown in the following picture.
  7. Hang the canopy with the fan body onto the mounting plate. The recesses of the ball joing of the fan must be aligned with the corresponding side holes of the bracket. Lift the fan until the bottom of the recesses reaches the screws and turn the canopy anticlockwise until the screws lock into the recesses. Then tighten the screws to secure the canopy.
  8. Place the remote control receiver between the mounting base and the ball joint.
  9. Hang the stand cover with the fan body on the stand. The recesses of the fan ball joint must be aligned with the corresponding side holes of the mounting bracket. Lift the fan until the bottom of the recesses reach the screws and rotate the cover counterclockwise until the screws lock into the recesses. Then tighten the screws to secure the cover.
  10. Place the fins on the fan body securing with the screws.
  11. Then install the lamp cover with the dowel by aligning the holes in the cover with the corresponding holes in the motor body and passing the power cable through the hole in the cover. Secure the cover to the motor body by screwing in the screws. Then connect the power cable to the power supply of the lamp dui.
  12. Place a bulb (E27, max.20W) in the bulb holder.
  13. WARNING: For the ceiling fan light, use ONLY LED E27 lamp. LED lamp power must not exceed 20W.
  14. Install the lamp cover by turning it clockwise. The cover is fragile, handle it with care!
  15. Place the remote control case on the wall securing with 2 screws as shown in the picture below (optional):

NOTE : If during operation, the fan seems to shake, double-sided tape a balance pad to a blade and test. If the shaking persists, try the same procedure with the remaining blades.

USE OF REMOTE CONTROL

  1. Use the remote control to set the fan speed and switch the light and the fan on/off, and to set the desired operating time.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover on the remote control and insert 2x AAA batteries following the correct polarity. (batteries are not included in the package).
  3. Reassemble the battery compartment cover.
  4. Mark the infrared sensor with the remote control and press the desired key for the corresponding function.

NOTE : If you do not use the appliance for a long time, remove the battery from the remote control to prevent leakage of battery fluid.

USING THE APPLIANCE

  1. Select the rotation speed of the fan by pressing the speed button on the remote control. The fan has 3 available operating speeds:
    • High speed
    • Medium speed
    • Low speed
  2. There is a switch on the motor that regulates the direction of rotation of the fan.
  3. CAUTION : To avoid injury or damage to the motor, make sure that the fan is fully switched off before using the rotation switch. The switch must stay at the up or down position while the fan is working.
  4. Winter mode : Push the switch to the up position so that the blades move downwards the hot air trapped in the ceiling.
  5. Summer mode : Push the switch to the down position so that the blades create breeze cool air and better air circulation.
  6. You can switch the light on / off by pressing the corresponding key on the remote control.

TIMER
The timer can be set for a certain period of time (lH, 2H, 4H, 8H). Press the timer button to set the desired operating time.

HOW TO CHANGE LAMP

  1. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply (from the main panel).
  2. Hold the lamp firmly and remove it by turning it counterclockwise.
    • CAUTION : The lamp may be very hot! Allow the bulb to cool enough before replacing.
  3. Install the new bulb and rotate it clockwise until it locks into place.
  4. Connect the appliance to the power supply.
    • WARNING : For the ceiling fan light, use ONLY LED E27 lamp. LED lamp power must not exceed 20W.

CLEANING

Follow the instructions to safely take care of the appliance.

  1. Always make sure that the appliance is unplugged before cleaning it.
  2. Wipe the body of the device with a soft damp cloth and wipe well to dry.
  3. Be careful not to let the cord and the appliance come into contact with water.
  4. Do not use anything abrasive that can scratch or damage the appliance. Do not use a wire brush or other abrasive utensils for cleaning. Do not use chemical solvents (such as benzene, alcohol or gasoline) as they may cause irreversible damage to the unit.

STORAGE

  1. Always unplug the appliance before storing it.
  2. The appliance should be disassembled before storing.
  3. Always store the appliance in a well-ventilated, humid, safe and clean place. For the better protection of the appliance, store it in its original packaging.

This symbol appearing on the product, its accessories or accompanying manuals indicates that the product and its electronic accessories should not be disposed of with other household trash.
