HOW TO USE IT

STEP 1
Wipe the inside of the shoes clean. -
STEP 2
- Remove plastic backing and place a ball of foot cushions in the forefront of shoes, with a straight edge below the toes, gel waves down.
- Replace cushions after six (6) months or at the first signs of wear.
