Product Usage Instructions

Installation

1. Turn off the power supply to the existing light fixture.
2. Remove the existing light fixture from the ceiling.
3. Attach the 4 BAFFLE SELECTABLE RETROFIT LED LIGHT to the ceiling using the provided mounting hardware.
4. Connect the wiring of the LED light to the electrical supply following the provided instructions.
5. Securely fasten all connections and ensure proper insulation.
6. Turn on the power supply and test the LED light.

Lighting Modes

The 4 BAFFLE SELECTABLE RETROFIT LED LIGHT offers four selectable lighting modes:

DIMMER BEST PRACTICES

Choose a Compatible Dimmer

• We highly recommend using an LED dimmer that is an ELV dimmer (a.k.a. electronic low voltage dimmer or trailing edge dimmer)
• Do not use an MLV dimmer (magnetic low voltage dimmer) with LED bulbs
• Proper compatibility can avoid a buzzing or flickering light

Determine Dimmer Capacity

• Consult your dimmer manufacturer’s info to find the full rated load – the max number of light bulbs per dimmer
• Avoid adding more wattage than your dimmer can handle

Trouble Shooting a Pop-On Light

• “Pop-On” refers to the sudden brightening of a light when using a dimmer switch.
• If your lights pop-on, your dimmer cannot illuminate at the minimum level when you first flip the switch. Instead, raise the slider up to medium then turn on the switch and move the slider down to the lower light level you prefer.
