IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury, including the following:
The heater must be plugged into a 120V, 15A (or more) wall outlet. Please confirm your home circuit meets this specification before use.
Surface of this heater will become hot during use. To avoid burns, do not do not touch the hot surface with bare hands. Instead, hold the handle when you need to move it.
Do not cover this heater when in use to avoid overheating.
Close attention is necessary if there are pets, children, or old people around when the heater is operating.
Keep the heater at least 3 feet (0.9 m) away from combustible materials such as pillows, bedding, books, clothes and curtains.
Always unplug the heater when not in use.
To disconnect the heater, you need to turn it off first, then remove the plug from the outlet.
Do not allow any object into the inlet grill or the exhaust opening as it may cause damage to the appliance or electric shock or fire.
This heater can not be used in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor locations.
Do not use it outdoors or on wet surfaces, household use only.
Do not handle any part of the plug or machine with wet hands.
Do not attempt to modify or repair the product by yourself. Doing so could cause damage. Only a qualified repair technician may disassemble and repair this product.
Use this heater only as described in this guide. Any other operations not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.

Operations and Functions

Place the heater on a firm, level surface free from obstructions, and keep it at least 3 feet (0.9 m) away from any wall or combustible material. DO NOT use on unstable surface such as bedding or carpeting.
Plug into an appropriate voltage AC outlet, a “beep” can be heard and the LED screen displays room temperature indicating that there is power to the unit. Your heater is ready for use now.

Power ON/OFF

  • Press the power ON/OFF button on the heater/remote control once to turn the heater on with default settings: the fan turns on, LED screen displays , no heating yet.
  • Press the power ON/OFF button again to turn off the heater.
    If the heater is operating, it will turn off the heating elements first and the fan will be shut down 30 seconds later with the countdown time shown on the display.
    NOTE: Unplug the unit by pulling the plug from the electrical outlet only after the fan stopped.

Mode

  • When the unit is on, repeatedly press the mode button on the heater/remote control to cycle through low heat -> high heat -> fan only -> low heat modes. The fan will keep on all the time.

Temperature

  • When the unit is on, press the temperature button to adjust the temperature from 60 ℉ to 95 ℉ in 5 ℉ increments, or use the “+”/”-” buttons on the heater/remote control to select the proper temperature.
  • The temperature will be set down when the temperature digit icon stop flashing in 3 seconds, the room temperature will be displayed on the screen again once you stop pressing the operations and functions  setting button.
  • If press the mode button after setting a temperature, the temperature will be canceled and only fan works.
  • If the temperature you set is 6 ℉ to 9 ℉ higher than room temperature, the heater’s lowest and fan work, LED screen displays . If the temperature you set is 10 ℉ higer than room temperature, the heater’s  high heat and fan work, LED screen displays . If the temperature you set only 4 ℉ higher than room temperature or lower, there’s only fan works, LED screen displays .

Timer

  • When the unit is on, repeatedly press the timer button on the heater/remote control to cycle through 01-02-03…12-00-01 hour timer. Or use the “+”/”-” buttons on the heater/remote control to select the time  you want to set. When the time is up, the unit will automatically stop running.

Oscillation

  • When the unit is on, press on the oscillation button on the heater/remote control to start oscillating.
  • Press the oscillation button again to stop oscillating.

Other Features

LED Display| Press and hold the oscillation button for 3 seconds to turn off the LED screen. And press any  one of the button to wake the screen.

24-Hour Auto Shut Off| All functions will stop automatically when the heater has been working for 24 hours  continuously without any other operation.
Tip-over Protection| The heater will shut off automatically if tilted more than 45 degrees in any direction.
Place the heater back on a flat, level, and stable surface and remain upright. Then press the  power ON/OFF button to turn it on again.
NOTE: The trackball system inserted on the heater will slide to achieve power outage when  the heater is tilted more than 45 degrees. So it is normal that some clatter can be heard when you shake the heater.
Heat-over Protection| When the room temperature is above 122°F, all the functions of the heater will stop with  malfunction code “EE” on LED display screen and beeps.Please unplug it from the power source and power it again when the room temperature drops  below 122°F.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

It is recommended that the heater be cleaned at least one time during the operating season and before off-season storage in order to provide the optimum level of performance.
Always disconnect the appliance from the mains by switching it off and removing the plug from the power outlet before cleaning.

  • Turn off the heater, unplug it and wait for the heater to cool down.
  • Use only a soft cloth to gently wipe the outer surface of the heater clean.
  • Do not use any cleaning agents or detergents.
  • Never immerse the heater in water and never allow water to drip into the motor housing. Be sure not to wet the heating element and the switches.
  • For storage, you may leave the heater covered to protect it from dust.
  • Store it in a cool, dry location.
