Warning!
- Consult your doctor before use, especially if you have a preexisting heart condition, sensitivity to heat, or insensitivity to pain or heat. Do not use if you suffer from osteoporosis, internal injury or malignant tumours, skin ulcers or other serious skin condition, vertebral malformation, or any joint disease. Do not use while pregnant or while using any medical implant such as a pacemaker.
- Stop using this device IMMEDIATELY if you feel any discomfort during use.
- DO NOT allow people unfamiliar with this device or these instructions to operate it. Do not let children under the age of 12 or people with compromised physical or mental capabilities use this device. Do not use this device while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- DO NOT use while wearing jewellery or any other hard objects. Empty any pockets before use.
- ONLY use for personal home massage and comfort. Do not use to replace any medical treatment or to provide any professional service.
- ONLY use with a stable and compatible power source. In case of power loss during operation, switch off this device IMMEDIATELY and then unplug it until power is restored. Do not move this device by pulling on its power cord.
- DO NOT leave this device unattended during use.
- DO NOT use this device around flammable, explosive, or corrosive objects or fumes and never smoke on or near this device.
- DO NOT get this device wet, operate it with wet hands, or use it in highly humid environments.
- DO NOT load with more than 150 kilograms at one time. Do not stand or sit on the armrests, leg rests, backrest, or headrest.
- DO NOT use your hands to apply pressure or play with the massage rollers or extend any body parts under the cover of the massage rollers.
- DO NOT move this device while someone is sitting in it. Before lowering the backrest or leg rest, ensure no people or items are underneath.
- DO NOT overuse this device. The recommended use is 30 minutes per day per person.
- Use and store this device indoors in a location away from direct sunlight, rain, or snow.
- Keep this device clean and avoid letting any foreign objects enter its vents, power inlet, etc.
- ALWAYS disconnect this device from its power source before any cleaning, maintenance, or repair.
- DO NOT operate this device if it malfunctions or shows signs of damage. Repair or replace damaged components before further use. Never replace any parts with non-identical ones.

Operation
- Connect the chair to a stable and compatible power socket with the provided power cord. Do not use a 3-to-2 prong adapter or an ungrounded extension cord.
- Flip the power switch at the lower right corner of the chair’s back.
- Seat yourself comfortably on the chair.
- Press Power on the controller to start the preset full-body massage, which provides neck, arm, shoulder, waist, buttock, calf, and foot massage simultaneously. The preset programme will apply various inclines, roller motions, speeds, and intensities by itself. The length of the session will count down on the display. To pause the full-body massage, press Auto.
- The controller can also customise your massage and focus on particular body parts as needed. For time adjustment, press Power to toggle the session length to 15, 20, 25, or 30 minutes. For neck massage, press Neck. To change the neck rollers’ motions, press the upper Mode button to toggle modes. To adjust the massage speed, press the Speed buttons to move up or down its 4 levels. For waist massage, press Waist. To change the waist rollers’ motions, press the lower Mode button to toggle modes. To adjust the massage speed, press the Speed buttons to move up or down its 4 levels. To enjoy neck and waist massage simultaneously, press Back. A preset programme will apply various roller motions and speeds by itself. For buttock & foot massage, press Buttocks. To adjust the massage intensity, press the Strength buttons to move up or down its 3 levels. For calf massage, press Calf. To adjust the massage intensity, press the Strength buttons to move up or down its 3 levels. For arm & shoulder massage, press Arm. To adjust the massage intensity, press the Strength buttons to move up or down its 3 levels. For vibrating massage, press Vibrating. To activate the airbag massage without the kneading neck and waist massage, press Pressure. To activate the chair’s heating elements, press Hot. Take care if you are sensitive to heat. For incline adjustment, hold Upward or Downward until the desired position is reached.
- To use the chair’s speakers, connect your phone or computer to the chair’s Bluetooth name, KYN-Q168. The connection can be used to play music, audiobooks, or phone calls as you enjoy your massage. Make any necessary adjustments directly from your device. End the Bluetooth connection to turn the speakers off.
- The chair will turn off automatically at the end of a timed massage. To end a custom massage or end a timed massage immediately, hold Power until the chair stops. When finished with your chair, flip the power switch to the OFF position.
Maintenance
- Turn off and unplug this device prior to any cleaning, maintenance, or repair.
- Clean the exterior of this device periodically. For all vents, the power inlet, and the speakers, dust them with a soft dry brush or cloth. For all non-electric parts, wipe them with a soft damp cloth. Do not rinse them or use abrasive cleaners or caustic chemicals. Allow all parts to dry completely before further use.
- Check the parts of this device for any wear or damage after use. Repair or replace any problematic parts before further use.
- If this device will not be used for an extended period of time, clean it, disconnect it from its power source, and cover it with a dust-free cloth before storing in a cool, dry, and clean place.
Troubleshooting
Problems | Possible Solutions |

There are noises during operation. | Some small noises from the massage nodes, |
vibration and massage motors, air bags, etc. are perfectly normal and no cause
for concern.
Loud or sharp noises may indicate worn or damaged components. Cease use and
have the chair examined by a trained technician.
There is smoke or any abnormal smell during operation.| IMMEDIATELY turn
off and unplug the chair. Contact customer service or a trained technician for
repair or replacement.
The chair does not turn on or the controller does not function correctly.|
Ensure the power cord is firmly and fully inserted into the power inlet and an
appropriate power socket.
Check for damage to the power cord. Replace it if necessary.
Check the power switch to ensure the chair is turned on.
Check the fuse beside the power inlet. Replace it if necessary.
The chair suddenly stops working.| The device’s temperature may be too high
from extended use. Allow it to cool to a safe temperature before continued
use.
