Kindly Reminder
- Electronic refrigerators are not designed to cool hot food quickly or heat cold food quickly, but to ensure that cold food or hot food can continue to maintain the original temperature when transferred. It may take a long time to cool hot food or reheat cold food.
- Electronic refrigerators generally describe refrigeration performance as temperature difference.
- For example, if the cooling temperature difference is 15°C (when the ambient temperature is 25°C), it means that the refrigerator can be cooled to a minimum of 10°C when the ambient temperature is 25°C.

Note:
- To avoid contamination of food, please follow the following instructions:Opening the door (lid) for a long time can cause a significant increase in the temperature of the fridge storage room.
- Regularly clean surfaces that may come in contact with food and accessible drainage systems.
- If the fridge is empty for a long period of time, please power off, defrost, clean and dry the inside of the refrigerator, keep the door (lid) open to prevent mold from forming inside.
Cleaning and Maintains
Attentions for Refrigerator Interior and Exterior Cleaning
- The power plug must be pulled out before cleaning.
- When cleaning, make sure that water does not get into the live parts.
- Use a soft towel dampened with warm water or mild detergent to scrub the interior and exterior of the refrigerator, except for the door seal.
- Must use clear water to clean door seal and wipe it off with a dry cloth.
- Do not scrub with cleaners that contain abrasives (such as toothpaste), acids, chemical solvents (such as alcohol), or polishes.
- Do not flush with water.
Energy-saving Points
- Place the refrigerator in a dry and well-ventilated place, ensure the refrigerator is not near heat sources and is not exposed to direct sunlight.
- High temperature items should be cooled to room temperature before putting into the refrigerator.
- Minimize the door (lid) opening time of the refrigerator.
Other Attentions
- During power outage
- Reduce times of opening door (lid) of the refrigerator, avoid putting in new items (to prevent internal temperature from rising faster).
- If you know you’re going to have a power outage, set your refrigerator to a lower temperature ahead of time.
- Turn off and stop using
- If you need to shut down, you can directly pull out the power plug.
- If you decide to leave the fridge out of service for a period of time, follow these steps: first turn off, then clean, and finally the door (lid) should be slightly opened to avoid bad smells.
- Notice: If you decide to deactivate the machine, do not store anything in the storage room.
TroubleShooting
Analysis and Exclusion of Non-fault Phenomena
Phenomena | Possible causes |
---|---|
Fog condensation on the outside surface of the fridge | When the air humidity |
is high, this phenomenon will occur, just wipe it dry.
Frost and condensation in the storage room| As the refrigerator of the storage
room is close to the inner wall, temperature here is low in the process of
working, the phenomenon of frost and condensation may occur.
Poor cooling effect| In summer, due to the high ambient temperature, it is
normal that the temperature in the storage room is higher.
Special Phenomena
Analysis and Exclusion of Special Phenomena
Phenomena | Possible cause | Solution |
---|---|---|
The indicator light does not light up, the fan does not work | Not plugged | |
inproperly | 1. Plug in the power socket; |
2. Check whether there is a power failure;
3. Check whether it is powered on;
4. Check whether the fuse at the cigarette lighter is damaged.
Power outage
Not power on
The fan works, but the indicator light does not light up| Indicator light is
broken| Professionals are required to replace the indicator light.
The indicator light is on, the fan does not work| The fan is broken| 1.
Professionals are needed to check whether the fan leads are falling off or
replace the fan;
2. Check whether there is foreign matter
stuck on the fan blades.
Fan lead falls off
Foreign matter stuck on the fan blade
The color of the indicator light does not match function switch| Incorrect
polarity of DC power supply| Check whether the polarity of the DC power supply
is consistent with the power supply requirements of the product.
The indicator light indicates correctly, fan is working but no cooling
(heating)| The cooling chip is broken| Professionals are needed to check
whether the lead of the cooling chip fall off or replace cooling chip.
Lead wire of the cooling chip falls off
The indicator light is correct, fan is working but cooling (heating) effect is
poor| The temperature in the refrigerator is affected by the environment| 1.
The theoretical minimum temperature of the refrigerator can be 15°C below the
ambient temperature, which will be different from the different application
environments. For example, if your ambient temperature is 25°C, the minimum
temperature of the refrigerator can reach 10°C;
2. Remove the items near the ventilation grille and clean up the dust;
3. Too many items need longer cooling time;
4. Check whether the door (lid) is closed properly.
The ventilation grill is blocked
There are too many items in the fridge
The door (lid) is not closed properly
A lot of condensed water inside the fridge| The hot air brought in by
frequently turning on and off the refrigerator has a high water content, and
it condenses into water after cooling.| Just wipe the water dry or put a towel
on the bottom to absorb the moistur(It is recom- mended to wipe once a week).
