CHARGING AND WORKING TIME
- Please turn off and recharge it.
- You need to plug the two charging cable plugs connected to the charger into the USB port on the back of the insole.
- When charging, the red light will be on.
- Note: It is FORBIDDEN to charge when POWER ON.
ABOUT BATTERY
- After the battery is used up, please charge the battery within 24 hours.
- Failure to charge it in time will seriously affect the battery’s life and startup.
- When not using the product, please turn it off to save power.
- Please fully charge it during storage.(It is recommended to charge it 3 times in one month.)

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Key operation on the insole buttons:
- When putting in the shoes, press the insoles “U” button for 3 seconds.
- After turning on, press the button on the insole to adjust the temperature.
- Press “H” =High temperature(Red light), about 131-149°F;
- Press “M”=Medium temperature(Yellow light), about 122-131°F ;
- Press “L”=Low temperature (Green light), about 104-113°F;
- Turn-off:Press and hold the insoles on/off “U” button on the insole for 3 second.
Estimated Heating Time
- Red Light-Highest temp ( 55 -65°C/ 131-149°F, 5.5-6hours)
- Yellow Light-Medium temp ( 50-55°C/122-131°F , 7-8hours)
- Green Light-Lowest temp ( 40-45°C/ 104-113°F , 10-11hours)
TIPS AND WARNINGS
After getting this product, turn it on, then use the remote control or the temperature adjustment button on the insole to adjust the high temperature mode then put the insole in a small closed box or quilt for 10min, and pay attention the center of the foot in the heating area, if it can heat normally and can meet the needs, then cut the product according to your feet size.
