Ped Egg 283357 Classic Callus Remover

• The PedEgg™ is a precision foot file, specially designed to help eliminate calluses and dry skin on your feet. It’s like having a professional spa treatment right in your own home!

AFTER EACH USE

• Wash the PedEgg™ top cover and blade cartridge with hot soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly before storage.
• Clean the bottom cover with a damp cloth.
• Make sure not to get the Emery Pad wet.
• Place both covers back on the PedEgg™ (Illustration #7) and store them in a dry location.
• With proper care, PedEgg™ will stay in good condition.

CAUTION

• Intended for use on callused feet only. Do not use it on uncallused, smooth skin. Injury may result.
• Avoid use on irritated, inflamed or infected skin, or on open wounds. Irritation or laceration may result.
• Avoid use if you are diabetic or have poor blood circulation. Consult a physician before use.
• Avoid use if metal becomes rusted, bent, or damaged. Injury may result.
• Consult a physician before use if any skin conditions exist. Irritation may result.
• Ped Egg™ is not recommended to be shared or used by more than one person. Infection may result.
• Not recommended for use by children.
• Sharp blade, to avoid injury use caution.

BEFORE FIRST USE

• Open PedEgg™ by pulling apart the top & bottom covers. Attach the blade cartridge by snapping it into the top cover as shown (Illustration 1).

BEFORE EVERY USE

• Make sure to read and understand all instructions.
• Use only on clean, dry, and moisture-free skin.
• Make sure PedEgg™ is clean and empty of all old shavings.

TO USE

1. Remove the bottom protective cover to expose the blade. Keep the top cover on to collect new shavings
2. To collect shavings, use the blade cartridge facing up (Illustration 2).
3. Hold PedEgg™ securely in the palm of your hand and use gentle pressure against the skin area to be treated. Start at the thickest area of dead skin that you want to remove, and slide the PedEgg™ slowly back and forth lengthwise. (Illustration 3).
4. Illustration 4 below shows proper movement. Work slowly, stopping intermittently to check for desired results. Add slightly more pressure to remove thicker skin. Stop immediately if the skin becomes irritated or if any pain is felt. Stop using once new, healthy skin is revealed or the callus has been removed. Overuse may cause skin irritation and soreness.
5. Once the desired result has been achieved, remove the blade cartridge from the top cover (Illustration #5). Empty skin shavings from the top cover into the trash.

EMERY PAD

You may use the Emery Pad on the PedEgg™ to further smooth down your feet or to maintain their appearance in between treatments with the PedEgg™.

1. Peel and affix one of the self-adhesive emery pads included with the PedEgg™ to the outside of the bottom cover as shown (Illustration 6). Place both covers on the PedEgg™
2. Hold Ped Egg™ in the palm of your hand, and move gently over the skin area to be treated. Be sure not to overuse, or irritation will result.
3. When the emery pad becomes worn, peel off the old pad and affix a new one.
