About Power Inverter
- Power inverter is a device that converts DC power (also known as direct current), to standard AC power (alternating current).
- Inverters are used to operate electrical equipment with electricity generated from RV, car or boat batteries or self-contained battery cells, renewable energy sources such as solar panels or wind turbines.
About Pure Sine Wave Inverter

- JIGUUN wireless remote control is a device for long-distance use or use in different spaces. You can leave the inverter and only carry a small remote that is less than 2 pounds to switch the machine on and off. Reduce your consumption, for example during rest use at night, or when your load is outside and your inverter is installed in your power house.

ABOUT INVERTER-JGE SERIES LCD
CAUTION
- This LCD screen is a JGE series product, please pay attention to the model you purchased (you can check it at the bottom of the inverter)
- Because the circuit sensing of different devices is different. There will be an error between the LCD screen display and the actual load power (<=100w).
- The fan will start when the screen shows less than 45°C. It is because the display senses the temperature inside the machine, and the fan temperature control collects the temperature on the heat sink, and there is an error between the two.
- The machine works normally, but the screen does not display. If there is a problem with the internal circuit, it is recommended to contact the technical team for replacement or maintenance.
- The content of the LCD screen jumps at will and out of order. If there is a problem with the internal circuit, it is recommended to contact the technical team for replacement or maintenance.
INSTALLATION GUIDE
- Installation and wiring must comply with the Local and National Electric Codes (NEC) and must be done by a certified technician.
- Read all of the instructions and cautions in the manual before beginning the installation. There are no serviceable parts for this inverter. Do NOT disassemble or attempt to repair the inverter.
- Make sure all connections going into and from the inverter are tight. There may be sparks when making connections, therefore, make sure there are no flammable materials or gases near the installation.
- Do not install the inverter on flammable building materials.
- Do not install in a closed and narrow space, the inverter will emit heat when working.
- Continuous operation of the inverter will increase the temperature of the machine’s surface. It is forbidden to install it in a place where babies can easily touch it.

Installation Location
- Please make sure your ambient temperature is below 50°C.
- Do not expose the inverter to water, rain, snow or spray.
- Do not block the cooling fan of the inverter, which will affect the heat dissipation.
- Method 1: It can be carried freely without fixed installation and can be used anytime, anywhere. Including indoor and outdoor.
- Method 2: For fixed installation, please refer to the recommended margins. (There are mounting holes on the edge of the inverter, no additional drilling is required)

Cable Description
Substantial power loss and reduced battery operating time result from inverters installed with wires that are not sized correctly based on the length and the current required to be carried. Current flowing through a wire produces voltage drop along its length due to the resistance of the wire and due to the value of the current carried through it. The resistance of the wire is inversely proportional to the cross-sectional area of the wire (designated in mm2 or AWG) and directly proportional to its length i.e. thinner and longer wire has higher resistance and hence, produces higher voltage drop. Similarly, thicker and shorter wire has lower resistance and hence, produces lower voltage drop. Hence, symptoms of low DC input voltage/battery power can result from wires that are either excessively long or have an insufficient cross- sectional area (designated in mm2 or AWG).
- The wires should be sized based on the maximum current they are required to carry and the distance between the battery and the inverter to limit the voltage drop to 2% to 5%.
- Wires are rated based on their insulation, temperature, and operating environment. Please ensure that the wire insulation is of the appropriate type for the operating environment.
- The installer/operator should be especially aware of the requirements to maintain secure, tight, water-resistant electrical connections and to provide strain relief for DC wires and appliance wiring.
CAUTION
- Ensure that appropriate terminal lugs are used and are properly crimped/soldered at the bare ends of the wires for secure connections.
- Ensure that the inverter’s power switch is turned off and that no flammable fumes are present.
- Identify the Positive (+) and Negative (-) terminals of the 12V battery or other DC source.
- Connect the selected length of the Positive wire between the Positive terminal of the battery(or other DC source) and the Positive(+) terminal of the inverter.
- Connect the selected length of the Negative wire between the Negative terminal of the battery (or other DC source) and the Negative (-) terminal of the inverter.
- Check to be sure that all connections are secure and tight.
- Test the inverter by turning it on and plugging in a 100-watt lamp or equipment.
- If the inverter is not properly operating, then refer to the Troubleshooting Guide. (In the attached form 2022004-2)
AC Connection
- Make sure that the single load or the combined load requirement of your equipment does not exceed the inverter’s output rating. (For example, the load of a 2000W inverter is that the output of a single socket is within 2000W, or the sum of the loads of several AC sockets is within 2000W.)
- Switch off the inverter

- Plug the cord(s) from the load(s) into the AC receptacle(s) of the Inverter
- Switch on the inverter. Wait for a few seconds
- The LED display will be working to indicate that the inverter is functioning
- Switch on the load(s)
CAUTION
- The inverter is engineered to be connected directly to standard electrical and electronic equipment in the manner described above. Do not connect the power inverter to household or RV AC distribution wiring.
- Do not connect the power inverter to any AC load circuit in which the Neutral conductor is connected to the Ground (Earth) or to the Negative of the DC (battery) source.
- Do not connect directly to AC distribution wiring. This inverter is not grid-interactive.
Wireless Remote Control
- Wireless remote control is a breakthrough of JIGUUN technology, which allows you to control from the inverter switch.
- Compared with no remote control or existing wired remote control, this remote control solves many troubles of long-distance and different space use.
- The inverter switch must be kept off before using the remote control.
- The remote control battery is configured to match the service life of the inverter, no need to replace the battery.
- If the remote control cannot be used, please contact the JIGUUN team in time, and we will replace it for you free of charge.
- The remote control is an electronic product. Keep away from water, fire, and direct sunlight.

CAUTION!
- Choose a cool, clean, dry, and well-ventilated place. Close the battery bank to prevent the voltage drop in the battery cables. Make enough room to access the AC receptacles and DC wiring terminal and connections.
- Preventing DC input Over voltage. Do not connect the inverter to a battery system with a voltage higher than the rated battery input voltage.
- Do not use a solar panel or solar charge controller to connect to the inverter. Only connect the inverter with well well-charged battery or battery bank with stable voltage.
- Be careful using the red (positive) and black (negative) cables in the package to keep them connected properly. Use qualified cables.
- Overvoltage, undervoltage, high temperature, and other wrong uses will cause the inverter to buzz, which is a normal phenomenon, not a problem with the machine itself. If the beeping still occurs after the correct operation, please check the troubleshooting table (2022004-3) and contact the technical team in time.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- How to check whether the inverter is in good condition
- a: Keep no load, turn on the switch, the machine can be turned on normally (the green indicator light is on, and the LED shows the value), and the machine is intact.
- b: Step A is normal, but it does not work. Follow the troubleshooting points to troubleshoot one by one.
- c: The machine is burnt out {beeps as soon as it is turned on, the red indicator light is always on}. This performance needs to eliminate the fault points of undervoltage, overvoltage, and overtemperature in advance.
- d: The machine is burnt out {there is no response when the machine is turned on, the indicator light does not light up, the LED does not display, and the machine does not beep}.
- This performance needs to eliminate the fault point of the reverse connection in advance.
- There is a certain unqualified rate (<0.005) when the product leaves the factory, and some machine faults are not included in the above exclusion points. Please contact the technical team via email to resolve this.
- JIGUUN’s factory is located in China, and it takes a period of time for shipping to the relevant sales country. During this period, there may be some uncontrollable damage to the equipment, and failure performance other than the above may occur. Please contact the technical team via email to resolve this.
QUESTION AND ANSWER
- There is no problem with DC and load, but still can not be used.
- Check whether the battery capacity matches the load; check whether the connecting cable is too thin;
- My remote control cannot be used?
- Make sure the inverter is off and check that the indicator is on, if not replace the battery.
- Use the remote control in an accessible and open environment.
- Obstacles can affect the remote control operating distance.
- My cooler keeps not working?
- The internal temperature of the machine has not reached 45°C; the ambient temperature of the machine is too low.
- Sparks when connecting the battery?
- It is a normal phenomenon, please use the provided cable, we have configured enough capacity.
- Does the cable heat up when the inverter is working?
- It is a normal phenomenon. The cables provided are configured with different capacities according to different specifications, please feel free to use them.
- Is there any deviation in the LED display value?
- It is a normal phenomenon. When the inverter is working, there is a certain time difference and deviation between the LED display and the circuit board.
- Does it drain my battery at zero load?
- The no-load current is about 0.8A-2A, which is related to the input voltage of the battery and the power of the inverter. The higher the inverter power, the higher the no-load current.
- How to calculate the battery capacity my inverter needs?
- Power=voltagebattery capacity0.8=VAH0.8. Please calculate according to your load.
- How long will my battery power my device?
- Time=battery voltagebattery capacity0.72/load power=VAH0.72/W. Please calculate according to your battery data.
