Tips Before Playing Game
(20 Some controller supported games need to select ‘controller mode’ in the
game settings before you using the controller to play. For example: Genshin
Impact(iOS), COD.

- Searh and select ‘DUALSHOCK 4 Wireless Controller’, once the connection has done, LED 4 light will be keeps on.
- Bluetooth connection is done, just choose the supported game that you want to play and enjoy it.
- Notice:
When the controller enters the bluetooth pairing mode with the LED 4 light flashes quickly, but cannot connect to your iPhone successfully, please delete the device – ‘DUALSHOCK 4 Wireless Contoller’ on the iphone, and then reconnect it.
Android Wireless Connection Guideline (1)

- Press ‘X+Home’ for 2 sec until LED 3 light flash quickly.
- Turn on Bluetooth function on your Android device.
- Searh and select V013, once the cnnection has done, LED 3 light wiii be keeps on.
- Bluetooth connection is done, just choose the supported game that you want to play and enjoy it.
Notice:
- When the controller enters the Bluetooth pairing mode with the LED 3 light flashes quickly, but cannot connect to your Android device successfully, please delete the device V013″ on the Android device, and then reconnect it.

For Call of Duty & Apex Legends Mobile games on Android, please follow below
steps to connect controller: (If you find other games can not play under
“X+Home’ boot mode, please turn off controller, and reboot with follow steps)

1. Q: Why | can’t turn on the new Gamepad?
A: Please recharge the Gamepad before you use it at the first Rl use it again after a long period.
2.Q: | can’t reconnect my phone with gamepad again even the Bluetooth shows has connected.
A:@D Remove or delete the Bluetooth connection on your phone and reconnect it again. (2 If you connect the controller with other devices (eg. Galaxy S20) before reconnecting the previous device (eg. iPhone 13), please delete the Bluetooth (DUALSHOCK 4 Wireless Contoller) of the controller on the previous device (eg. iPhone 13), then search again and reconnect.
Q: How to reset default setting for the gamepad?
A: There is a ‘Reset’ hole on the back of gamepad, beside L2 button. When gamepad is turned on, press the reset button, LED light will turn off after reset.
4.Q: How do | know if the gamepad is fully charged?
A: When the gamepad is charged, LED 4 flashes slowly and LED 4 will be keeps on if fully charged.

A: Please remove and delete bluetooth connection then reconnect it again, or reset the controller.
6.Q: Does the gamepad can support game in vertical/portrait mode?
A: No, the gamepad does not support game in vertical/portrait mode.
7.Q: Why the controller got delay or latency after used a while?
A: Please recharge the controller fully.
8.Q: Left or right rocker stuck or drifting problems.
A: Physical solution: phone Press left or right rocker and turn the rocker 3-5 rounds to reset axis of rocker.
9. Q: Can’t power on the controller after charging overnight.
A: While charging, the charging led light stays on, but still can’t power on the controller. Then, you need to press the RESET key to reboot the controller. While charging, there is no any led light on the controller. That means the charge cable is dead, please use another charge cable.There will be a led light stays on while the charging cable works. 10.If you cannot successfully connect according to the Blueto- oth pairing method as the manual, please press the RESET button to reboot the controller.
