- Start with the 9-teeth side for dematting outer fur: move the brush gently to break the mats and tangles;
- Swith to 17-teeth side for DE shedding undercoat: switch sides of 17 teeth to remove the excess, loose hair from the undercoat;
- Simply clean the mats from the teeth

How to avoid discomfort caused by combing?
- Keep the hair dry, holding the root of the hair with one hand and combing it with the other hand in the direction of hair growth;
- Places with serious hair knots. The movements should be gentle and timely to soothe the emotions, starting from the tail end of the hair, and gradually pushing the comb towards the root of the hair:
- If there are too many hair knots, take appropriate breaks during grooming and conduct them at different times to avoid pet aversion.
How often?
Short haired pets need to be groomed 2-3 times a week, while long haired pets need to be groomed daily for 3-5 minutes each time.
