For indoor and household use only. Read all instructions before using your Gluck Digital Air Fryer Oven. When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including:

Key Safety Points

  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use the heat-re- sistant gloves.
  • The outside of the air fryer oven, including the door, is hot during and after use.
  • Always use heat-resistant gloves, pads, or air fryer oven mitts when handling hot materials, and when placing items in or removing itens from the air fryer oven, including trays, racks, accessories, or containers.
  • Do not block any ventilation openings (Top.

Air Intake Vent, Side Air Intake Vents and Air Outlet Vent). Hot steam is released through openings. Keep your hands and face clear of openings

To avoid possibility of fire, NEVER leave Air Fryer Oven unattended during use. 

General Safety

  • When the air fryer oven is not in use, and before cleaning tap ( ) to turn it off, then unplug from outlet. Allow to cool completely before putting on or taking off parts

  •  To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the air fryer oven, cord, or plug in water or liquid.

  • Close supervision is necessary when the air fryer oven is used by or near children.

  • Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the air fryer oven,

  • Do not use your air fryer oven if it is damaged, not working, or if the cord or plug is damaged, Contact Customer Support (see page 15).

  • Do not use outdoors.

  • Do not place the air fryer oven or any of its parts on a stove, near gas or electric burners, or inside a heated oven. Do not operate your appliance in an appliance garage or under a wall cabinet

  • Be extremely cautious when removing a tray, basket, or rack if it contains hot oil, grease, or other hot liquids,

  • Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Metalfragments can break off the pad and touch electrical parts, creating a risk of electric shock

  • Clean the drip tray after using. Accumulated grease and crumbs can overheat and catch fire.

  • Do not store anything on top of your air fryer oven while it is operating. Do not store anything inside your air fryer oven other than recommended accessories.

  • Gluck® Air Fryer Oven is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system

  • Only use as directed in this manual. Do not use air fryer oven for any purpose other than its intended use.

  • This air fryer oven is not intended for use
    by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the air fryer oven by a person responsible for their safety.

  • Do not allow children to clean or perform maintenance on the air fryer oven

  • Keep the air fryer oven and its cord out of reach of children,

While cooking

  • To avoid risk of fire or electric shock, do not place oversized foods or metal utensils (except official Gluck® accessories) into the air fryer oven

  • Do not place paper, cardboard, or non-heat-resistant plastic into your air fryer oven, or any materials which may catch fire or melt.

  • To avoid overheating, do not use metal foil in the air fryer oven. If the foil contacts the air fryer’s heating elements, this can cause overheating and risk of fire.

  • Do not cover the drip tray or any part of the air fryer oven with metal foil, except for the drip tray and air fryer tray as directed

  • Never put baking or parchment paper into the air fryer oven without food on top. Air circulation can cause paper to move and touch
    heating elements.

  • Always use heat-safe containers. Be extremely cautious if using containers that aren’tmetal or glass

  • Keep your air fryer oven away from flammable materials (curtains, tablecloths, walls, etc). Use on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface away from heat sources or liquids.

  • Immediately turn off and unplug air fryer oven if you see dark smoke coming out. Food is burning. Wait for smoke to clear before opening the air fryer oven door.

  • When unplugging the air fryer oven, be cautious of hot surfaces.

Power & Cord

  • This air fryer oven uses a short power-supply cord to reduce the risk of entangling or tripping.
  • If the plug does not fit, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, do not use the plug in that outlet. Do not alter the plug in any way.
  • Do not let the power cord (or any extension cord) hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch hot surfaces,
  • The cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or pets, or tripped over unintentionally.
  • If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by Gluck® Customer Support (see page 23) in order to avoid an electric or fire hazard

Extension Cords

  • A short power-supply cord s provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled in o tripping over a longer cord
  • Longer extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised in their use.
  • If longer extension cord is used:
  1. The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the oven
  2. The cord should be arranged so that it wil not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or pets, or tripped over unintentionally.

Warning
Metal components such as Forks, Skewers, and others will be sharp and extremely hot during operation. Exercise caution to prevent personal injury, and always wear protective oven mitts or gloves.

HOW TO USE SPECIAL ACCESSORIES

Roasting meats and whole chickens
Follow these steps for proper assembly:

  1. Insert the rotisserie shaft lengthwise through the meat, ensuring it is centered
  2. slide the forks onto the shaft from either end, securing them into the meat
  3. Lock the forks in place using the set screws. Align the screws with the indentations on the shaft Adjust the position closer to the middle if necessary, but avoid moving them outward towards the ends,

Note: Confirm that the roast o chicken is of suitable size to rotate freely within the oven. The maximum recommended weight for chicken or roast is 5-6 pounds


Place Air Flow Racks into Unit

  1. Insert Drip Tray into bottom of the Unit.

  2. Place Air Flow Racks into Unit by sliding through the side grooves and onto the back lip (fig. Al

  3. Place Air Flow Racks closer to the top heating element for faster cooking and added crisp (fig. B).

  4. Rotate the Air Flow Racks mid-cycle for even cooking

  5. Rotisserie Shaft & Skewers Racks

Using the Skewer Racks with the Rotisserie Shaft

  1. Position the two Skewer Racks at each end of the Rotisserie Shaft, ensuring that the Set Screws are on the outer side of the Rotisserie Shaft,
  2. Gently tighten the Set Screws. Avoid over-tightening, as you might need to adjust the tightness once the Skewers are inserted
  3. Carefully insert the Skewers through the food items.

Rotisserie Spit Assembly

  1. Insert the pointed end of each Skewer through the holes on the left Skewer Rack (see fig. C).
  2. Squeeze the clip-end of each Skewer as you insert it into the slot on the opposite Skewer Rack to secure.
  3. Release the clip to allow it to rest securely in the slot, as shown (see fig. D)
  4. Repeat the process uniformly around the Skewer Rack, ensuring even spacing of Skewers.
  5. Tighten the Set Screws to firmly secure them in place.
  6. Exercise caution when inserting the Spit into the Unit to prevent accidental contact with the pointed ends of the Skewers.


Placing Rotisserie Spit or Rotating Mesh Basket into the Unit

  1. Insert the assembled Spit o Basket into the Rotisserie Shaft socket, beginning with the left side.
    Ensure that the Rotisserie Shaft is properly positioned to enable rotation (see fig. E} . overt s properly posit fond (see fig. £

  2. Secure the right side onto the hanger (see fig. ] u isn’t sty germ (see fig. )


Removing Rotisserie Spit or Rotating Basket from the Unit

  1. Open the Unit door to pause the cooking cycle or turn off the Unit by pressing the Power Button.
  2. Slide the Rotisserie Fetch tool beneath the Rotisserie Shaft.
  3. Lift the right side of the Rotisserie Fetch tool at a slight angle to clear the bracket, and then shift it to the right until the left side of the Shaft slides out of the Rotisserie Shaft socket.
  4. Carefully extract the rotisserie food from the oven.


IMPORTANT:
Refer to the Final Assembly diagram (page 13) to identify the left and right sides of the Rotisserie Shaft before placing it in the Unit. The right side features two notches, while the left side has one.

CONTROL DISPLAY


Power/Start-Stop Button:
Once the unities plugged in, the Power Button will light up. Pressing the Power Button once will illuminate the full panel.
Pause/Start Button:
Press this button to temporarily halt or resume the cooking process.
Pressing the Power Button willstart the
cooking process.
Default temperature: 370°F (180°C), default time: 15 minutes.
Pressing the Power Button during cooking will shut down the unit. The fan runs for 60 seconds for cooling after shutting down.
internal Light Button:
Use this button to check cooking progress while the unit is operating.
Note: Opening the door pauses the unit, internal light illuminates with open door.
Rotation Button:
Use this button to check cooking progress while the unit is operating.

Temperature Control Buttons:
Adjust cooking temperature by 5°F (5°C)
increments from 90°F (30°C) to 400°F
(200°C),
Dehydration range: 90°F (30°C) to 170°F
(90°C)
Time Control Buttons:
Set precise cooking time from 1to 60 minutes
in most modes.
Dehydrating mode uses 30-minute intervals,
with an operating time of 1to 24 hours

LED Digital Display:
The digital display alternates between Temperature and Time Remaining during cooking.

Preset Menu Button
French Fries, Steaks/Chops, Fish, Shrimp, Pizza, Toast, Baking, Rotisserie, Dehydrator®, Reheat

  • Tap the one of the preset menu button. The default time and temperature of preset menu will be displayed
  • Press the selected preset menu button and it flashes when the air fryer starts to run.
  • Preheating is automatically included in the Preset Menu Steak,Broil Fish,Shrimp,Chicken and French Fries cooking functions
  • Cooking time for whole roasted chicken will vary with weight. Use meat thermometer to check internal temperature
  • Fan speed cannot be changed and is automatically set with each cooking function

BEFORE FIRST USE

  • Before using your Air Fryer Oven for the first time, carefully remove all packaging material and recycle appropriately.

  • Remove the parts from the box and wash the accessories with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. They are also dishwasher safe
    IMPORTANT: DO NOT IMMERSE THE MAIN HOUSING IN WATER. Wipe the interior and exterior of appliance clean with a damp cloth.

  • Place the appliance on a flat, horizontal and stable surface (make sure surface is heat-resistant, away from anything that can be damaged by heat

  • Place away from walls and other appliances such as a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven, and well away from any curtains, fabrics, or cloths. Leave approximately 4 inches of space from nearby objects.

_ OBJECTS SHOULD NOT BE STORED ON THE TOP OF THE OVEN. IF THEY ARE, REMOVE ALL OBJECTS BEFORE YOU TURN ON YOUR AIR FRYER OVEN. THE EXTERIOR WALLS GET VERY HOT WHEN IN USE. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

HOW TO USE

  • The initial 20 minutes of use may result in smell and smoke. This is normal and harmless and comes from the protective substance applied to the heating elements during manufacturing.
  • The outer surface of the air fryer oven,including the oven door, is extremely hot during and after use. Do not touch hot surfaces directly. Use Food Holder.
  • Always use heat-resistant gloves, pads, or oven mitts when handling hot materials, and when placing items in or removing items from the air fryer oven

WHEN FRYING IS COMPLETE

  1. When the timer completes its countdown, the air fryer oven will beep 5 times and stop heating – this signals it is time to remove your food
  2. Carefully open the glass door using the door handle. Check that your foods are ready. If not, then close the glass door and set the timer for a few more minutes.
  3. Empty the contents into a bowl or onto a plate using non-metallic tongs or a scoop.
  4. When the next batch of ingredients is ready, the air fryer oven is instantly ready to use again
  5. Remove the power cord from the electrical outlet if not in use.

Note: Switch off the appliance manually by pressing ( **) at any time.
The FAN motor will continue to operate in order to cool down the air fryer oven, do not unplug the appliance, this will stop within approximately 60 seconds.**

Hints & Tips

  • A larger amount of food requires a slightly longer cooking time and a smaller amount of food only requires a slightly shorter cooking time.
  • Stirring or shaking smaller foods mid-way through the cooking process will improve the end result and can help cook more evenly.
  • Adding a small amount of oil to fresh potatoes can result in a crispier result. Cook your ingredients in the air fryer oven within a few minutes after adding the oil
  • Do not air fry extremely greasy foods such as sausages in the air fryer oven
  • Snacks that can be prepared in an oven can also be prepared in the air fryer.
  • The air fryer can also reheat foods. To reheat foods, set the temperature to 240°F for up to 12 minutes.

Note: Add 3 minutes to the cooking time if you begin cooking while the air fryer is still cold Do not cook frazen, raw foods in the air fryer oven

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Clean air fryer oven accessories (including trays, etc) and air fryer oven interior after every use.

Note:

  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, metal scouring pads, or metal utensils on any part of the air fryer oven, including trays and other accessories. These will scratch or damage their surfaces,
  • This air fryer oven contains no user-serviceable parts. Any repairs should be performed by an authorized service representative by Gluck
  1. Before cleaning, turn of and unplug the air fryer oven, and allow it to cool completely. Open the door for faster cooling

  2. Apply non-abrasive liquid cleanser or a mild spray solution to a soft, damp cloth or sponge (not the air fryer oven surface) and wipe all parts of the air fryer oven, especially the air fryer oven interior and exterior. Do not use a dry cloth on the display screen, o it may be scratched
    Note:
    Make sure you clean the top of the air fryer oven interior after every use. If this is not cleaned, cooking residue will burn onto the air fryer oven interior and be difficult to remove.
    If this is done on a regular basis, your oven will perform like new. Removing the grease will help to keep toasting consistent, cycle after cycle.

  3. To clean the glass door, use a glass cleaner or mild detergent and a soft, damp sponge or soft, plastic scouring pad

  4. Let all surfaces dry completely before plugging in or turning on the air fryer oven.

Cleaning the Accessories

Note: After each use, slide out the drip tray and discard crumbs.

  1. Apply non-abrasive liquid cleanser or a mild spray solution to @ soft, damp sponge or soft, plastic scouring pad (not the accessory surface). Wipe accessories and soak in warm, soapy water if necessary.

  2. For stubborn grease:
    aln a small bowl, mix 2 US tbsp / 30 mL of baking soda with 1US tbsp / 15 mL of water to form
    a : spreadable paste.
    b : Use a sponge to spread the paste on the trays and scrub, Let the trays sit for 15 minutes before rinsing.
    c : Wash trays with soap and water.

  3. Dry thoroughly.

  4. Replace the drip tray into the air fryer oven before plugging in or turning on the air fryer oven.

Storage

  • Clean and dry the air fryer oven and all accessories
  • Insert the drip tray into the air fryer oven. Insert the air fryer tray at mid position. Make sure the air fryer oven door is closed
  • Store the air fryer oven in an upright position. Do not store anything on top.

FAQ

1.Can | prepare foods other than fried dishes with my Air Fryer Oven ?

Yes, you can prepare a variety of dishes, including steaks, chops, burgers, and baked goods.

2.1s the Air Fryer Oven suitable for making or reheating soups and sauces ?

No, avoid cooking or reheating liquids in the Air Convection Fryer Oven.

3. What should | do if the Unit shuts down while cooking ?

If the Unit shuts down during cooking, it's likely due to the Auto Shut-Off safety feature that prevents overheating. Unplug the Unit, let it cool down, and then plug it back in to restart using the Power Button.

4.Does the Unit require preheating ?

Preheating is necessary when cooking from a “cold start.” Add 3 minutes to the cooking time to account for preheating.

5.Can | turn off the Unit anytime | want ?

Yes, you can press the Power Button once or open the door to turn off the Unit.

TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION

Food is unevenlycooked.| Certain foods need to be stirredmid-way through the cookingprocess.| Foods that overlap inside the AirFryer Basket need to be stirred mid-way through cooking.
Fried snacks are notcrispy.| You used a type of snack meantto be prepared in a traditionaldeep fryer.| Use oven snacks or lightly brushsome oil onto the snacks for a crispi-er result.
I cannot close the GlassDoor properly| The oven rack, bake pan, orair fryer basket is not properlyplaced inside.| Make sure there is no obstruction forthe glass door to close properly
White smoke is emitting out of the appliance during use.| You are preparing food with a high oil content.| When cooking with oily foods, oil will drain into the pot. When the air fryer heats up, the pot heats up the oil and produces white smoke. This does not adversely affect the air fryer or your cooking process.
The accessories has built-up oil residue from previous uses.| White smoke is caused by oil left-over on the accessories. Make sure to thoroughly clean each accesso­ries after every use.
Home-made French fries are coming out unevenly cooked.| Your potatoes are not fresh or are frozen.| Make sure to use fresh and firm potatoes, not frozen potatoes, for home-made French fries.
Potato strips were not well rinsed prior to frying.| Thoroughly rinse sliced potato to remove all starch prior to frying.
Home-made French fries are not crispy after air frying.| Crispy results are directly linked to the amount of oil used and water content of the potato.| Potato strips need to be thoroughly dried before adding oil.
Slice potato strips thinner if you want them crispier.
Use a bit more oil on the potato strips prior to frying if you want crispier results.
