This manual contains important instructions for this product, which should be
followed for operation; please review all warnings and precautions before
installing and using thisproduct.
Precautions
a ) This product is forbidden to use if the cable is immersed in water.
b )Before and after each use, check whether the surface of the EV Charger
is damaged and whether the cable is broken.
c ) This product is not a toy and should be kept away from children. If
the cable is in use and children are near it, they must be supervised at all
times.
d ) This product can be used indoors and outdoors.
The time it takes to charge an EV depends on 5 main factors:
a ) A colder ambient temperature can make it slightly longer to charge.
Colder temperatures also mean vehicles are less efficient, so fewer miles are
added per time charging.
b ) The time it takes to charge will also be limited by the max charging
rate of the charging station you are using. For example, if your vehicle can
handle a charge rate of 11kW, but you’re using a charging station that outputs
a max of 7kW, your vehicle will charge at 7kW.
c ) You can only charge a vehicle’s battery at the maximum charge rate
the vehicle can accept. For example, if your vehicle’s maximum charge rate is
7kW, it’s perfectly acceptable to use a 22kW charging station, but your EV
won’t charge any faster than 7kW.
d ) lf you are charging from empty; it will take longer to charge than if
you are topping up from 50%.
e ) The bigger your vehicle’s battery capacity (measured in kWh), the
longer it will take to charge.
